For the India-market 8GB/256GB versions in Smartprix’s comparison, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro is listed at ₹31,260 and the Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G at ₹35,999—a ₹4,739 difference in Motorola’s favor. The listing was last updated September 30, 2026, so treat those amounts as a dated snapshot, not guaranteed live prices. Motorola’s listed advantages include a sharper display, a dedicated 3× optical telephoto camera and 90W wired plus 15W wireless charging. Samsung’s official India page specifies a 6,000mAh typical battery. Smartprix’s comparison listing, Motorola’s APAC specifications and Samsung India’s product page cover different parts of the comparison.

The table combines Smartprix’s side-by-side specifications for the compared 8GB/256GB phones with battery, charging and support information from the manufacturers’ cited pages. Regional versions can differ, so specifications should be checked against the exact model sold in your market.

What the price difference means

In the cited India-market comparison, the Edge 60 Pro is listed ₹4,739 below the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G for the 8GB/256GB configurations. That is a listing difference, not a promise that the Motorola will remain cheaper at checkout: seller, stock, discounts and configuration can change. Check the current price and confirm that both listings refer to the same storage and memory variant before deciding. Smartprix notes the comparison details were last updated September 30, 2026.

Which phone has the better display?

Both are listed with a 6.7-inch, 120Hz display. The Motorola’s listed resolution is 1220 × 2712, compared with 1080 × 2340 for Samsung, giving Motorola the paper advantage in resolution. Resolution does not establish brightness, color accuracy, outdoor readability or overall display quality; those measurements are not established by the cited comparison.

Which camera setup is more useful?

The main hardware distinction is the Motorola’s dedicated 10MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom. It offers a separate optical zoom option, whereas the Samsung comparison lists a main, ultrawide and macro camera. This describes flexibility, not photo quality: megapixel counts and camera types alone cannot show which phone takes better pictures, and the cited sources do not provide a controlled camera comparison.

Battery capacity and charging are different questions

Motorola’s APAC specifications list a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired and 15W wireless charging. Samsung India calls the Galaxy F70 Pro’s capacity 6,000mAh typical and gives 5,830mAh as the rated minimum. Samsung cautions: “Actual battery life may vary depending on network environment, usage patterns and other factors.” Capacity figures do not establish real-world endurance, and these specifications are not a battery-life test. Samsung India’s product page provides its capacity qualification; Motorola’s charging figures are from its APAC specifications.

Check the exact regional model and storage before buying

Do not assume every market sells the same Edge 60 Pro configuration. Motorola’s APAC page lists Android 16, 256GB storage and the Dimensity 8350 Extreme; its UK page lists Android 15 and 512GB in the surfaced specifications. Motorola states, “Certain specifications may vary by market.” Use the support page for the market where you are buying rather than combining regional details into one universal spec sheet. Motorola’s specifications page

Samsung’s official India pages surfaced both 128GB and 256GB versions. The Smartprix price comparison is for the 8GB/256GB Samsung configuration, so a 128GB listing is not a like-for-like price comparison. Confirm storage, memory and region on the retailer’s exact product listing. Samsung’s 128GB India page and Samsung’s 256GB India page.

Which should you choose?

  • Choose the Motorola on specifications and listed value if you want the higher listed display resolution, a dedicated 3× optical telephoto camera, or the flexibility of wired and wireless charging—and if the dated price gap still holds for the configuration you can buy.
  • Consider the Samsung if its current price, exact regional configuration or verified official software-support policy better suits your priorities. Its listed 6,000mAh typical battery capacity does not, by itself, establish longer battery life.
  • Do not decide on performance or camera quality from this spec sheet alone. The cited material does not establish controlled performance, camera or endurance results.
