The Motorola Edge 60 Pro’s clearest strengths on paper are its 6.67-inch, 1220p, 120Hz quad-curved display, 6,000mAh stated battery capacity, and support for both wired and wireless charging. It also offers dedicated multi-camera hardware and Motorola-advertised durability features. Those specifications make it a feature-rich phone, but they do not by themselves prove long battery life, consistent camera results, or ruggedness in everyday use. Whether it is worth buying depends on your local configuration, price, and how much you value its curved screen and feature set.

What the Edge 60 Pro offers

Motorola’s global product page lists a 6.67-inch pOLED display with Super HD (1220p) resolution, quad-curved construction, and a 120Hz refresh rate. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements of brightness, color accuracy, or outdoor visibility. The curved edges are also a matter of preference: check the phone in person if edge handling or accidental touches concern you.

Motorola lists a 6,000mAh battery and charging capabilities of up to 90W wired with Motorola TurboPower, 15W wireless, and 5W wired power sharing on its US support page. These figures describe supported capabilities; they do not establish a typical charge time or real-world endurance. The available information does not confirm which charger, if any, is included in a particular regional box. Motorola’s global Edge 60 Pro page and Motorola US support specifications should be checked against the exact market model.

The phone has a multi-camera system, but the available source material does not provide detailed, independently attributable results for its cameras. Motorola also advertises protection against drops, harsh conditions, water, and dust; confirm the exact local certification and its limits rather than assuming a particular water-resistance or military-standard rating.

Pros: where the specifications look promising

  • Detailed, fast display on paper: the 1220p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate are appealing if you want a high-resolution screen with smooth scrolling. Independent brightness and color testing is not established here.
  • Large stated battery capacity: 6,000mAh is a substantial capacity specification, though capacity alone cannot predict screen-on time or endurance in your usage.
  • Several charging options: the listed wired, wireless, and power-sharing capabilities offer flexibility. Reaching the stated 90W wired capability requires Motorola TurboPower.
  • Multiple camera modules: the phone is designed to offer more than one focal-length option. Hardware variety is not proof that results are consistent across cameras or lighting conditions.
  • Durability positioning: Motorola describes the device as protected against everyday hazards. The relevant local certification and its conditions need confirmation.

Cons and buyer caveats

  • Curved-screen ergonomics may not suit everyone. The design can affect grip and edge interaction; the evidence available does not establish how often accidental touches occur.
  • Camera quality needs sample-based verification. The cited review material confirms that image quality was examined, but does not provide enough detailed findings to support a strong verdict on consistency, low-light performance, or video.
  • Battery life is not proven by capacity. No sufficiently detailed, attributable battery test result is available here, so do not treat 6,000mAh as a guarantee of a particular runtime.
  • Fast charging depends on the right equipment. Motorola conditions 90W charging on a Motorola TurboPower charger, and package contents have not been verified.
  • Update commitments may vary by market. The number of promised Android version upgrades and security-support years is not established for every regional configuration.
  • Durability claims need local detail. Confirm the certification for the exact SKU and understand that water and dust protection has limits.

How good are its software and updates?

GSMArena’s review description places its review in an Android 15 context in May 2025. Motorola support material says the Android 16 rollout began on February 25, 2026, but availability can vary by region, carrier, and software build. That rollout date does not establish when a particular phone will receive the update, nor does the available evidence settle the length of support in every market. Check Motorola’s support information for the country and exact model you plan to buy. GSMArena’s Edge 60 Pro review describes its review coverage, while Motorola’s software-upgrade support page is the place to check rollout information.

Motorola also advertises moto ai features and a dedicated AI Key. Feature availability, supported languages, and any account or network requirements can depend on region and current software, so verify those details if they matter to you.

Is the Motorola Edge 60 Pro worth buying?

It is a plausible choice for buyers who want a large, high-resolution curved display, a high stated battery capacity, multiple camera modules, and a broad set of charging capabilities. The available specifications alone cannot establish whether it beats a similarly priced phone for camera consistency, actual endurance, or long-term software support. For those priorities, seek detailed independent camera samples and comparable battery tests, and confirm the support policy for your local SKU before deciding.

What to verify before you buy

  1. Identify the exact model and market version. Check that the listing is for the Edge 60 Pro, not another Edge 60 model, and verify the storage and memory configuration.
  2. Confirm local compatibility. Check supported network bands, warranty coverage, and the seller’s return terms for your country.
  3. Read the local durability details. Confirm the applicable certification and its limitations on Motorola’s product page for that market.
  4. Check the update policy. Look for the promised OS and security-support period applicable to the exact region and carrier variant.
  5. Verify the box contents and charging equipment. If you want the stated 90W wired charging capability, confirm compatible Motorola TurboPower equipment and whether you need to buy it separately.
  6. Assess the price against comparable phones. Compare current local prices alongside camera samples, battery tests using a consistent method, display shape and usability, charging, support duration, and warranty. No current price comparison establishes a value winner here.

If you want a case, Motorola’s help information points owners toward accessories designed for this phone; check the exact model name and fit rather than assuming a generic Edge 60-series case will work. Motorola support information for accessories is a starting point.
