Which phone has the better display?
The Motorola has the advantage on the published display specifications. Its 6.67-inch pOLED panel has a resolution of 2712 × 1220, while vivo lists a similarly sized 6.68-inch LCD at 1608 × 720. Both are listed at up to 120Hz, but the higher resolution and pOLED panel are the more meaningful paper advantages for Motorola. These specifications do not establish how the screens compare in brightness, calibration, or outdoor readability.

Motorola lists the Dimensity 7400 with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. vivo lists the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 with 4GB or 6GB RAM; its product page shows 128GB storage options, and its India store also displays a 6GB/256GB variant. Verify the precise combination offered by the seller, including whether a microSD card is supported on that variant.

The chipset names and memory configurations are not a controlled performance comparison. No same-method benchmark or comparable real-world test establishes which phone is faster in everyday use or gaming.
Battery capacity and charging
vivo lists a 6,500mAh battery, compared with Motorola’s 5,500mAh. Motorola advertises 68W TurboPower charging and vivo advertises 44W FlashCharge. The vivo’s larger stated capacity and Motorola’s higher stated charging wattage point to different strengths; neither capacity nor wattage alone establishes real-world battery life or time to recharge.

Durability and software support
Both manufacturers list IP68/IP69 protection. Motorola additionally lists Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and MIL-STD-810H certification. These are manufacturer-stated specifications and certification claims, not a guarantee that either phone is immune to water, dust, drops, or other damage.
Motorola specifies Android 15, three OS upgrades, and four years of security maintenance releases. vivo lists Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15, but the retrieved product page does not state a comparable support duration. That omission is not evidence that vivo has no update policy; it means the listed pages do not establish an equivalent term.

The displayed prices differ by ₹2,000, but the Motorola listing has twice the RAM and twice the storage of the vivo listing. The figures therefore do not show how much more one phone costs at a matching configuration. vivo’s store also shows a 6GB/256GB option, while the Motorola listing shown is 12GB/256GB; compare the exact variants you intend to buy and check both sellers on the same day. - Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion if its higher-resolution pOLED display, listed RAM ceiling, or clearly stated update duration matter most to you.
- Consider the vivo Y31 5G if its larger stated battery capacity matters more, or if you find the configuration you want at a lower verified current price.
- Do not decide on camera quality from these specifications alone. vivo lists a 50MP + 0.08MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera, but a comparable full Motorola camera specification set and controlled camera test are not established here.
Neither specification sheet establishes a universal winner. Camera results, sustained performance, battery life, and software experience require comparable testing or firsthand use.
