The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is the more compelling pick if you want the lower India-listed price, a 5,200mAh battery, 68W charging and Motorola’s stated IP68/IP69 protection. The Nothing Phone (4a) is the clearer choice if a dedicated telephoto camera and optical zoom matter most. In Smartprix’s India comparison updated September 18, 2026, the Motorola listing is ₹6,809 cheaper—but prices and configurations vary by market, and the figures do not establish which phone performs better in real-world use.

How much cheaper is the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion?

Smartprix’s India comparison page, last updated September 18, 2026, lists the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion at ₹28,990 for a 12GB RAM/256GB storage comparison entry and the Nothing Phone (4a) at ₹35,799. That puts the Nothing listing ₹6,809 higher in that snapshot. These are comparison-site lowest-price figures, not manufacturer prices or guaranteed checkout totals; confirm the current price and exact variant with a local seller. Smartprix India comparison.

Nothing’s official Mexico store separately displays the white Phone (4a) with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for MX$8,999. That is a distinct market and configuration, so it should not be converted into or directly compared with the India rupee listings. Nothing Mexico store.

Which phone has the better camera and zoom?

Nothing has the listed hardware advantage for distant subjects

The Phone (4a)’s listed 50MP periscope telephoto camera and 3.5× optical zoom give it a dedicated lens for tighter framing. The Mexico store also promotes “up to 70x ultra zoom,” but that headline does not mean 70× optical zoom or establish image quality at that magnification. The same India comparison lists an 8MP ultrawide and a 50MP main camera for Nothing. Nothing Mexico product page Smartprix India comparison details.

The listed specs do not settle overall photo quality

Smartprix lists a 50MP main camera and 13MP ultrawide for the Edge 60 Fusion. Motorola’s cited product page describes its camera capabilities but does not provide a full camera specification in the available material. Megapixel counts and the presence of a telephoto lens do not establish which phone produces better photos across lighting conditions; that requires comparable independent testing.

How do the screens compare?

Both phones have high-resolution, high-refresh displays in the available specifications. Motorola lists a 6.7-inch pOLED screen with 1220p resolution; Smartprix lists the Phone (4a) at 6.78 inches, 1224 × 2720 and 120Hz. The small differences in size and resolution are not enough to determine which looks better without a direct, controlled comparison of brightness, color, reflections and motion.

Battery, charging and durability: what is verified?

Motorola publishes a 5,200mAh battery capacity and 68W TurboPower charging rate for the Edge 60 Fusion, and claims IP68/IP69 protection on its regional product page. Its support specifications list IP68. These are manufacturer specifications and claims, not independent measurements of charging time, water resistance or everyday endurance. Capacity alone cannot show how long a phone lasts between charges.

The cited official Nothing store excerpt does not state the Phone (4a)’s battery capacity, charging rate or an IP rating. That absence in the material cited here is not evidence that a rating or feature is absent from every regional variant; check the local official listing before treating these as deciding factors. Which phone is the better buy for you?

  • Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion if its local price is lower and you value Motorola’s published 5,200mAh capacity, 68W charging, and IP68/IP69 product-page claims.
  • Choose the Nothing Phone (4a) if a dedicated periscope telephoto camera and 3.5× optical zoom are more important than the price gap in your market.
  • Compare local variants before deciding if you care about software updates, NFC, memory, storage or durability. The cited pages cover different regions and configurations, and listed software versions alone do not establish update longevity.

Neither the published specifications nor the cited price listings establish which phone is faster, takes better photos overall or lasts longer in real use. Those judgments need independent testing of the exact regional variants.
