Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Review: A Strong All-Rounder With Trade-Offs

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is a good-value mid-range phone if you want a vivid 120Hz display, stereo speakers, fast wired charging and dependable everyday cameras. It is less convincing for demanding gaming, low-light photography or buyers who need a long software-support commitment. Whether it is worth buying depends on its current local price and the exact regional version: key details, including battery capacity, NFC and ingress rating, vary across listings.

What stands out about the Edge 60 Fusion?

Its appeal is balance rather than a single class-leading feature. Reviews praise the display, slim design, speakers, charging and general-purpose photography. Everyday performance is smooth, but some rivals deliver more raw power. That makes the Edge 60 Fusion a sensible option for routine use and media, not an obvious pick for performance-first buyers.

Display and design

Motorola’s US specification lists a 6.67-inch pOLED display with 2712 × 1220 resolution, 446 pixels per inch and a 120Hz refresh rate. Reviewers praise its vivid image and distinctive quad-curved design. The curved edges contribute to the phone’s look, though buyers should handle one in person if they are unsure about curved screens.

Motorola UK advertises a peak-brightness comparison of 4,500 nits, but qualifies it as a comparison with products priced between US$400 and US$600 in LATAM and EMEA as of January 2025. That is a dated, geographically limited manufacturer claim, not a guarantee that every version reaches that figure in ordinary use. See Motorola UK’s display page.

Software and support

Motorola’s US support listing identifies Android 15. The available review comparisons suggest the Galaxy A36 may suit buyers who put longer software support or Samsung’s One UI ahead of Motorola’s hardware mix. The sources here do not establish a single update commitment that applies to every market, so check Motorola’s support terms for the specific version sold in your region before buying.

Everyday performance, gaming and storage

The US-listed model uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7400, with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Motorola’s US listing also says microSD expansion is supported up to 1TB. Confirm the memory configuration and card support on the exact regional SKU; these specifications are not universal across markets.

Reviews describe ordinary use as smooth, while finding the phone behind some rivals in raw performance. In 91mobiles’ 2025 tests of its reviewed device, the Edge 60 Fusion scored 692,185 in AnTuTu and 1,050 single-core and 3,050 multi-core in Geekbench. Those are outlet-specific results from tested phones, not a promise of identical scores or performance for every unit. 91mobiles found demanding games playable at medium settings; gaming is therefore a compromise rather than a key reason to choose this phone.

For context, 91mobiles reported AnTuTu scores of 834,739 for the Realme P3 Pro and 798,022 for the Nothing Phone (3a) in the same review comparison. Results can vary with software and test conditions, but the comparison supports the broader point: consider those alternatives if gaming speed is your priority.

Cameras: capable in good light, less dependable in the dark

Reviews find the cameras capable for everyday photography, particularly in ordinary or daylight conditions. They also report weaker low-light results and occasional lag in the camera app. The practical verdict is mixed: the system is versatile enough for routine snapshots, but it is not the best fit if night photos are a major priority.

Battery, charging and speakers

Motorola’s US listing specifies a 5,200mAh battery and charging up to 68W with Motorola TurboPower. It also lists stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. Reviews highlight the fast wired charging and speakers as useful strengths. Check whether a compatible charger is included with the particular regional package: the quoted charging capability requires Motorola TurboPower.

Battery capacity is one of the details that changes by market. Gadgets 360 reports 5,500mAh for the India version, while Motorola’s US listing gives 5,200mAh. Do not assume that one figure describes every Edge 60 Fusion.

Regional differences to check before buying

Motorola explicitly warns that specifications may vary by market. The US support listing specifies IP68 and no NFC; other reviews describe different combinations, including IP68/IP69 claims and variants with different memory or battery details. Those differences make the product name alone an unreliable way to identify what a seller is offering.

Before ordering, verify the exact model or SKU with the seller and confirm:

Phone Consider it if you prioritize Trade-off versus the Edge 60 Fusion
Poco X7 Pro Higher raw performance and gaming GSMArena describes it as the main performance rival; Motorola has advantages in speakers, display and camera versatility.
Nothing Phone (3a) A telephoto camera GSMArena notes its telephoto camera and somewhat longer battery life; Motorola is stronger in charging, durability and speakers.
Samsung Galaxy A36 Longer software support or One UI GSMArena says those preferences may favor Samsung.
Realme P3 Pro A performance alternative to compare locally 91mobiles recorded a higher AnTuTu score in its 2025 comparison; test results are specific to that outlet’s devices.

These comparisons reflect published review findings, not a guarantee that one model is better for every buyer. Check each phone’s exact local version, price, update terms and features before choosing.

Price and buying advice

Published prices are historical reference points, not current quotes: GSMArena reported a €330 launch price in 2025, and TechRadar reported £299 / AU$699 in its 2025 review context. Gadgets 360 says the phone launched in India on April 9, 2025 and lists Amazon among Indian sales channels. None of those figures establishes the phone’s current 2026 street price or inventory.

At a competitive local price, the Edge 60 Fusion makes sense for someone who values its screen, speakers, charging and everyday camera performance more than gaming speed or wireless charging. Compare the price with the Poco X7 Pro if performance matters most, the Nothing Phone (3a) if a telephoto camera is important, or the Galaxy A36 if update support and One UI take priority. GSMArena’s review and alternatives comparison, 91mobiles’ review, Gadgets 360’s review and TechRadar’s review provide the cited review context.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
