Where the phones differ in everyday priorities
Display
The Moto’s maximum listed refresh rate is 144 Hz, compared with 120 Hz for Samsung. That is a specification difference, not evidence that the Moto’s display looks better in use. Both manufacturers describe high-refresh-rate, Full HD-class screens, but the cited sources do not provide independent comparative display measurements.
Battery and charging
Samsung lists 6,000 mAh, while Motorola lists 5,500 mAh and 33 W TurboPower charging. Capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer between charges; no independent head-to-head battery-life test is available in the cited sources. Samsung’s charging speed is not established by the cited specification result.

Cameras
Samsung’s listing specifies a 50 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP rear-camera system with OIS and a 12 MP front camera. The cited Motorola specification extract does not detail its cameras, so these sources are not enough for a complete camera-specification comparison. OIS is a listed hardware feature, not proof of better photos; no comparative camera test supports an image-quality winner.
Weight, durability and connectivity
At 178 g, Motorola’s listed weight is 28 g lower than Samsung’s 206 g. Motorola also lists IP68 and stereo speakers. Samsung lists NFC. Neither listed specification set establishes a feature advantage beyond those stated items, and Samsung’s page does not list stereo support in the cited extract.

Software support: Samsung gives a defined commitment
Samsung says the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G will receive six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates from its first global launch date. Its India page states that the security-update period is valid until 31 July 2032. The displayed specification identifies Android as the operating system but does not state the Android version.
Motorola’s cited support page lists Android 15 for the Moto G96 5G, but it does not give a directly comparable number of OS upgrades or years of security updates. The available information therefore supports comparing Samsung’s stated duration with Motorola’s listed OS version, not assuming an equivalent support period.

Which phone should you buy?
- Choose the Moto G96 5G if a lower observed price, lighter listed weight, 144 Hz display, IP68 rating or stereo speakers matter most to you.
- Consider the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G if NFC, listed rear-camera OIS, a larger stated battery capacity or Samsung’s explicit software-support commitment are higher priorities.
- Do not choose on performance, camera quality or battery life alone based on these specifications: the cited sources do not include independent head-to-head testing to establish which performs better, takes better photos or lasts longer in real use.
