The Moto G86 Power and OPPO Reno16 F 5G are midrange 5G phones, but the available official specifications come from different regional pages. That means a reliable price difference—and a universal winner—cannot be stated without first matching country, memory configuration and current listings. Here is what the published regional specifications establish, and what to verify before buying.
Price difference: compare local, like-for-like listings
There is no defensible universal price gap between these phones in the available listings. OPPO Egypt states a regional price of EGP 33,999 and advises shoppers to confirm current price and configuration on its Egypt product page. That figure cannot be compared directly with a price from India or another country.

A surfaced India comparison page lists ₹17,835 for the Moto G86 Power and ₹15,999 for the Reno16 F 5G, while also saying the Reno16 F has not been released in India. It gives Motorola processor and storage details that conflict with Motorola’s official specifications, so the pair is not a sound basis for deciding which phone is cheaper. See the 91mobiles comparison and verify availability locally.
For a useful price comparison, check both phones in the same country and on the same date. Match RAM and storage, distinguish list price from a temporary offer, and confirm that each listing is for the exact model sold in that market.

Display: Moto has the larger, sharper listed panel
On the cited specifications, the Moto G86 Power has a 6.67-inch display with a 2712 × 1220 resolution, compared with the Reno16 F 5G’s 6.57-inch, 2372 × 1080 display in New Zealand. Both official listings specify refresh rates up to 120Hz. The Moto’s listed panel is larger and has more pixels; actual viewing experience also depends on factors these figures do not establish, such as brightness and calibration.

Battery and charging: check which OPPO market variant is offered
Motorola lists a 6,720mAh battery and 30W charging for the Moto G86 Power. Separately, Motorola’s regional product page says, “With a 6720mAh battery that lasts up to 53 hours, you’re free to roam farther.” The “up to 53 hours” figure is Motorola’s product-page claim, not an independent comparative test. See Motorola’s regional product page.
OPPO Egypt describes a 7,000mAh typical battery and 80W charging on its Reno16 F 5G page. Those figures are specific to that regional page; do not combine them with the New Zealand 8GB+256GB listing as if they necessarily describe an identical sale variant. Confirm the battery and charging specifications for the phone sold where you live.

Memory and expansion: the listed configurations differ
The cited Motorola US support page lists 8GB physical RAM and 512GB storage, while the New Zealand OPPO page lists 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, UFS 3.1 and memory-card support. The Motorola page does not list a memory-card slot. These are useful details for those regional listings, not a universal specification comparison: verify the exact local SKU, built-in storage and card compatibility before purchase.
Cameras and durability: regional detail is incomplete for a direct match
OPPO Egypt’s product page describes camera and IP-protection claims for its regional Reno16 F 5G offering. The cited Motorola support page does not establish a complete camera or durability comparison. Because regional models and specifications can differ, check the official pages for both exact local variants before using camera counts, sensor specifications, water-resistance ratings or other protection claims to choose between them.
Which one should you buy?
Choose based on the exact local variant and the features you value, rather than an unmatched online price pair. The listed Moto G86 Power offers the larger, higher-resolution panel and more built-in storage in Motorola’s cited US specifications. The OPPO New Zealand listing offers memory-card support, while OPPO Egypt advertises higher battery capacity and charging figures for its regional page. Those differences do not establish that all market versions share the same specifications.
