Where the Moto G67 Power has the advantage
Listed chipset tier
The Moto is specified with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, while POCO lists the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4. On the listed chipset tiers, Moto has the stronger paper specification. That is not a benchmark or a guarantee of faster everyday performance: actual speed also depends on software, memory, cooling and the task being run.
More camera flexibility on paper
Moto’s rear setup pairs a 50MP main camera with an 8MP ultrawide; POCO lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera. The ultrawide gives Moto a specifically identified wider-angle option. Moto also lists a 32MP front camera versus POCO’s 8MP. Resolution alone cannot establish which phone takes better photos, so consider these as hardware distinctions rather than image-quality results.

Larger AMOLED display
POCO specifies a 6.83-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel, compared with Moto’s 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD. Both are listed at 120Hz, while POCO’s screen is both slightly larger and based on AMOLED technology. These figures favor POCO for stated capacity and wired charging rate, but capacity does not guarantee a particular runtime: screen settings, signal conditions, apps and usage all affect endurance.
Longer reported software support
Motorola’s India specification page lists Android 15, one OS upgrade and three years of security patches for Moto. Cinco Días reports Android 16 with HyperOS 3 for POCO, along with four OS upgrades and six years of security patches. The reported commitment favors POCO, but support terms can depend on region and policy; confirm the current India commitment with the manufacturer before relying on it.

Which one should you buy?
Choose the Moto G67 Power if
- You prioritize the listed Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset tier.
- You want an ultrawide rear camera or prefer the higher stated front-camera resolution.
- You value the lower price in the cited Amazon snapshot or the lighter listed weight.
Choose the POCO M8 Power 5G if
- You want the larger AMOLED screen rather than Moto’s LCD.
- You prioritize higher stated battery capacity, faster wired charging or reverse charging.
- The reported longer software-support commitment is more important to you, after confirming it applies to your regional model.
Before deciding, compare the same RAM and storage capacity where possible. The sources list different configurations, so an apparent price advantage may not represent a like-for-like comparison.
