- Tons of built-in ultrafast storage. Enjoy plenty of room for photos, movies, songs, and apps—and add up to 1TB with a microSD card.
Display: similar fundamentals, slightly larger iQOO panel
Both listings describe Full HD+-class LCD screens with a 120Hz refresh rate. The iQOO’s reported 6.76-inch diagonal is 0.06 inch larger than Motorola’s 6.7-inch panel, a small difference on paper. The size and resolution figures alone do not establish which screen looks better; neither source provides a comparable assessment of brightness, color or viewing quality.
Performance: different chipsets, no proven winner
The Moto uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, while the iQOO is listed with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 Turbo. Their listed peak CPU frequencies—up to 2.4GHz and 2.6GHz respectively—are not enough to determine which phone performs better in games, everyday apps or sustained workloads. No comparable independent performance testing is established here, so choose based on verified reviews of the exact variants and your intended workload rather than clock speed alone.

Memory configurations also matter: the comparison listings show multiple RAM and storage combinations, while Motorola’s support specification specifically documents an 8GB/128GB configuration. Confirm the exact variant on the retailer’s listing; do not assume the lowest quoted price applies to a higher-capacity model.
Battery and charging: higher ratings on the iQOO
The iQOO is listed with a 7200mAh battery and 44W charging; Motorola’s support page specifies 7000mAh and charging capability up to 30W for the Moto G67 Power. That gives the iQOO a 200mAh capacity advantage and a higher rated charging wattage on paper. These ratings do not establish how long either phone lasts in use or how quickly it charges: those outcomes depend on conditions and require comparable testing.

Cameras: Moto lists an ultrawide, iQOO a 2MP secondary
Third-party listings give both phones a 50MP main camera and 32MP front camera. The Moto’s listed 8MP ultrawide offers a different type of rear-camera view; the iQOO’s second rear camera is listed as 2MP. Camera counts and megapixels do not establish photo quality, and the available information does not support a claim that one produces better images.
Software support: Motorola terms are clearer in the cited official listing
Motorola’s support specification identifies Android 15, one OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases for the Moto G67 Power. The iQOO listing reports Android 16, OriginOS 6, two OS upgrades and four years of security updates, but the retrieved official iQOO page snippet only establishes OriginOS 6; verify the update-count commitment with iQOO before treating it as a guaranteed support policy. Software and support details can vary by region.
Rank #4
- Display Type: LCD; Operating System: Android 13.0
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the Moto G67 Power if its live, variant-matched price is lower and you want the listed 8MP ultrawide camera. Motorola’s support page also gives explicit OS-upgrade and security-maintenance terms.
- Consider the iQOO Z11x if you value its slightly larger listed battery and higher rated charging wattage, or prefer its reported software configuration—after confirming update terms for your region.
- Do not choose by presumed speed or battery life alone. The chipset labels, battery capacities and charging ratings are specifications, not comparable real-world test results.
The most defensible deciding step is to compare today’s prices for the same RAM and storage tier, then weigh the ultrawide camera against the iQOO’s higher listed battery and charging ratings and the support terms you can verify.
