Android versions and protection ratings
Software
Motorola lists Android 14 for the G64 and Android 16 for the G57 Power. These are the OS versions shown on the respective support pages, not promises about how long either phone will receive updates.
Protection
The G57 Power has the stronger set of listed protection claims: IP64 water resistance, MIL-STD 810H and Gorilla Glass 7i. The G64 is listed with an IP52 water-repellent design. These manufacturer ratings are not guarantees against damage, so neither phone should be treated as damage-proof.

What is the price difference in India?
Motorola’s India Moto G family page displayed ₹21,999 for the Moto G57 Power in its 8GB/128GB configuration. The sources cited here do not establish a current official or Amazon India price for the G64, so a reliable current price gap cannot be calculated.

Which should you choose?
- Consider the Moto G57 Power if the larger listed battery, larger screen, newer listed Android version or stronger manufacturer protection claims matter most. This is a specification-based assessment, not a claim of measured battery life or performance superiority.
- Consider the Moto G64 if you want microSD expansion or prefer its slightly smaller display. Confirm its exact RAM and storage configuration and resolve the charging-wattage discrepancy for the retail SKU.
- Compare the live prices before deciding. The available Motorola India listing gives a displayed G57 Power price, but not a verified current G64 price for calculating the difference.
Motorola’s cited pages do not establish a controlled head-to-head benchmark, battery test or camera test. Camera specifications alone therefore cannot show which phone takes better photos, and processor listings alone do not establish real-world speed.
