Battery capacity, memory and charging
Moto’s stated 7,000 mAh capacity is 1,000 mAh more than Lava’s listed 6,000 mAh. That is a capacity comparison, not proof that Moto lasts longer in everyday use: no comparable controlled runtime results are established here. Moto also lists 8 GB RAM against Lava’s 6 GB. Lava’s stated wired charging rate is higher at 45 W, compared with Motorola’s 33 W TurboPower, but wattage alone does not establish how long either phone takes to charge.
Cameras: different specification advantages
The comparison listings give Moto a 50 MP main rear camera plus an 8 MP ultrawide, while Lava is listed with a 50 MP main rear camera. Lava’s listed 13 MP front camera has higher resolution than Moto’s 8 MP front camera. Megapixel counts and camera presence do not establish image quality, and no independent, comparable camera test is available here.

Check the Moto storage variant before paying
Motorola’s specification page says 128 GB built-in storage, matching the 91mobiles and Gadgets Now comparison listings. Gadgets360 instead lists 256 GB for Moto. The available listings do not resolve whether that reflects an error or a different variant, so confirm the storage capacity on the specific retailer product page and in the order details. The quoted ₹20,999 price should not be assumed to apply to every configuration.

- Consider Moto G57 Power if the lower observed listing price, higher stated battery capacity, 8 GB RAM or listed ultrawide camera matter most to you.
- Consider Lava Virat Curve 5G if you prefer its curved AMOLED specification, higher listed wired-charging wattage or 13 MP selfie camera.
- Compare the live listings for the exact storage configuration and final price; the prices above are a dated India-market snapshot.
These recommendations follow the published specifications only. The available material does not establish comparative battery endurance, charging time, camera quality or performance in real-world use. Comparison sites also disagree on the phones’ launch dates, and no primary launch announcement is established here, so no exact launch date is stated.
