Which is the better buy depends on the exact Indian variant and live retailer price—not a comparison-site snapshot.

Battery: which phone has the bigger battery?
The NARZO 100x 5G leads on stated capacity: realme advertises 8000mAh, compared with Motorola’s 7000mAh typical capacity (6790mAh rated) for the Moto G37 Power. Capacity does not by itself establish which phone will last longer for a particular person; screen settings, signal strength, apps and usage all affect runtime.
Motorola specifies 30W wired TurboPower charging and claims up to 62 hours of battery life. realme also promotes endurance figures, but describes them as realme Lab results. Treat both as manufacturer claims rather than independent, directly comparable battery tests. The product-page claims do not establish a real-world runtime winner.

Display: 120Hz or 144Hz?
Motorola lists a 120Hz HD+ LCD with 1604×720 resolution and up to 1050 nits HBM. realme lists a 144Hz LCD and up to 1200 nits peak brightness, while qualifying that 144Hz applies only in supported scenarios.
The NARZO’s higher listed refresh rate may allow smoother motion where an app and device settings support it. It does not alone prove better image quality: resolution, brightness measurement conditions and other display characteristics matter too. Motorola labels its brightness figure HBM; realme labels its figure peak brightness, so the two numbers should not be treated as a controlled head-to-head measurement.

Chipset and performance
Motorola specifies the MediaTek Dimensity 6400, manufactured on a 6nm process, with an octa-core CPU up to 2.5GHz. realme identifies the NARZO 100x 5G’s chipset as Dimensity 6300. The model names alone do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use or sustained gaming, and the available specifications are not a substitute for comparable performance testing.
Cameras and durability
Motorola lists a 50MP f/1.8 main rear camera and an 8MP front camera. 91mobiles reports 50MP rear and 8MP front cameras for the NARZO 100x 5G; the cited information does not establish equivalent camera details or image performance. Megapixel counts alone cannot predict photo quality, so buyers who care most about the camera should consult a fuller official specification sheet and hands-on camera reviews.

The Moto G37 Power is rated IP64, while realme lists IP65 for the NARZO 100x 5G. realme’s product page calls the latter “Certified IP65 dust and water resistance for hassle-free daily use”; that is manufacturer wording, not independent testing. Neither rating means waterproof. Both manufacturers also list MIL-STD-810H, but a stated standard or rating should not be read as a guarantee against damage in every real-world condition.

Which one should you choose?
- Consider the NARZO 100x 5G if its larger stated 8000mAh battery and 144Hz listed refresh rate are your priorities, and its exact configuration is competitively priced when you check.
- Consider the Moto G37 Power 5G if Motorola’s specified Dimensity 6400 or its stated expandable storage support up to 1TB better fits your needs.
- Do not decide from specifications alone if camera quality, sustained gaming speed or actual battery runtime is decisive; the cited figures do not prove a winner in those areas.
Compare the exact configurations sold locally, each phone’s software-support commitment, charging bundle and retailer warranty and return terms before placing an order.
