The available Motorola listings suggest the moto g77 power may have a sharper display than the moto g37 power, while both list the same battery capacity, charging and Dimensity 6400 processor. But the specifications come from different markets, Motorola’s g77 power support page has a naming inconsistency, and no comparable g77 power price is established. That means there is no reliable universal winner or confirmed price difference yet.

These are not matched-market listings: the g37 power specifications are from Motorola India, the g77 power display and platform details from a Motorola US search result, and the cited g37 power price from the Netherlands. Motorola warns that specifications can vary by market, so check the exact local SKU before treating any row as a universal model difference.

How the specifications compare
Display: the clearest apparent difference, with a market caveat
Motorola India lists the g37 power with a 6.67-inch, 1604 × 720 LCD at 264 ppi and 120 Hz. Motorola’s US g77 power result lists a 2400 × 1080 LCD at 391 ppi and 120 Hz. On those listings, the g77 power has the higher resolution and pixel density; the refresh rate is the same. The g77 power result does not state screen size, and the market mismatch means buyers should confirm both specifications for their own country before deciding this is a direct like-for-like advantage. Battery and charging: matching listed capacities and rates
Both cited Power specification pages state 7000 mAh typical capacity (6790 mAh rated), 30 W wired charging and 6 W wired reverse charging. These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independent battery-life or charging tests. Capacity alone does not establish equal real-world endurance, and whether a charger is included in the box was not established.

Processor: same listed platform, no demonstrated speed advantage
The reviewed listings both name the MediaTek Dimensity 6400, built on a 6 nm process, with speeds up to 2.5 GHz and Mali-G57 MP2 graphics. No independent benchmark evidence is available here to support a performance ranking. A matching processor name also does not guarantee identical performance in every configuration or market.
Memory and expandable storage
The cited Indian g37 power page lists 4 GB or 8 GB RAM, 128 GB built-in storage and microSD expansion up to 1 TB. The US g77 power result lists 8 GB RAM, 128 GB built-in storage and microSD expansion up to 1 TB. Availability varies, so compare the RAM and storage combination actually sold locally rather than assuming every configuration is offered everywhere.

What the price information can—and cannot—tell you
Motorola Netherlands displayed the g37 power in a 4 GB/256 GB configuration for €249.99, while also displaying €279.99, on October 5, 2026. The page prices may reflect a live offer; they are not a confirmed launch MSRP or a price for all countries. For a fair local comparison, check the exact model number and compare prices from the same country for equivalent RAM and storage, unlocked or carrier status, and tax treatment. Treat a temporary discount separately from the regular listed price.

Check the model identity before buying
There is a naming inconsistency in Motorola’s support material: a support result is titled “moto g77 power,” but its body heading says “moto edge 77 power.” Motorola also documents a separate, non-Power “moto g77.” Do not use that non-Power model’s specifications or a retailer listing for it as proof of what the g77 power includes. Confirm the exact model number and product name on the local Motorola page and seller listing before purchase. Motorola g77 power support/specification result; Motorola UK: non-Power moto g77.
The separate non-Power moto g77 is not the phone in this comparison: Motorola UK lists it with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, 5200 mAh battery, Dimensity 6400, 128 GB storage and microSD support up to 2 TB. Those details must not be transferred to the g77 power.

Which one should you choose?
- Consider the g77 power if its local listing confirms the Full HD+ panel and you prefer that higher resolution; verify the precise model identity and local configuration first.
- Consider the g37 power if its verified local price and available RAM/storage configuration suit your budget. The Netherlands listing is not a universal price.
- Do not choose based on battery or processor claims alone: the cited pages list the same battery capacity, charging rates and processor, but do not establish comparative real-world endurance or performance.
- Before paying, verify the local SKU, RAM/storage, microSD limit, network bands, NFC and SIM configuration. Motorola states that specifications may vary by market.
