That is a dated deal report, not a confirmed live price: the manufacturer’s product page showed $3,198.58 and marked the product sold out when retrieved on October 7, 2026. Check the Amazon listing’s current price, seller, stock and exact configuration before buying.
What the reported $3,299 deal includes
The deal report identifies the product as the MOGINSOK MG01 configured with Ryzen AI Max+ 395, 128GB memory and a 1TB SSD. TechRadar described $3,299 as an Amazon offer on October 6, 2026. Its article did not establish that the same configuration remains available at that price today. The manufacturer page lists selectable storage configurations, including 1TB, but does not confirm the precise SSD configuration in the reported Amazon offer. TechRadar’s deal report and the MOGINSOK MG01 product page show different retailer/page snapshots.

Is the MG01 worth $3,299?
It is a potentially relevant option if you specifically want a 128GB Ryzen AI Max+ 395 system and value the advertised storage and networking connections. But the price alone does not establish value: verify that the live listing is the 128GB model, check the included SSD, and compare current prices, availability, warranty and support for equivalent configurations.

TechRadar called the MG01 the cheapest 128GB Ryzen AI Max+ 395 mini PC it had found in its October 6, 2026 report. It compared the reported $3,299 MG01 offer, with a reported 1TB SSD, against a GMKTec system at $3,649.99 with a 2TB SSD. Those are dated, unlike-for-like-on-storage price points, not a complete current market survey. See the comparison in TechRadar’s report.
- Confirm the processor, memory capacity and SSD capacity on the actual listing, not just the product family name.
- Compare total price and stock for the same processor and memory configuration; account for differences in included storage.
- Look for independent measurements of cooling, noise and local-model performance. The cited material does not provide MG01 test results.
- Check warranty and support terms for the exact seller and region before purchase.
What the advertised hardware offers
MOGINSOK advertises the MG01 with up to 128GB LPDDR5x memory, four M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe slots, four SATA 6Gbps ports, dual 10G and 2.5G LAN, Wi-Fi 7, dual USB4, HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently verified test findings. MOGINSOK’s product page lists the system’s specifications.

Memory is onboard, not a routine upgrade
The MG01 page describes its LPDDR5x memory as unified and onboard. Do not assume you can add or replace memory later to reach 128GB; select the memory configuration you need when ordering.

The four M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe slots and four SATA ports are advertised connection capacity. They do not mean a system ships with four SSDs, and the reported Amazon offer’s exact included drive remains unconfirmed. Verify drive compatibility, physical fit and supported capacities before planning an expansion; the slot count alone does not establish those details.

Can it run a 70B language model locally?
MOGINSOK claims the MG01 can run 70B models, and TechRadar described the system as aimed at local large language model use. The available sources do not provide an independent MG01 benchmark, test conditions, quantization, software setup or measured performance. A claim that a model can run is not a guarantee that it will run at a useful speed or within a particular memory footprint.
AMD specifies that the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 platform supports up to 128GB LPDDR5x memory, Radeon 8060S integrated graphics, up to 126 overall AI TOPS and up to 50 NPU TOPS. These are platform specifications, not measured MG01 throughput or proof of a particular model’s usability. AMD’s Ryzen AI product information describes the platform figures.

What to verify before ordering
- Open the live listing and confirm the seller, current price, stock and return terms.
- Check that the selected configuration explicitly includes Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and 128GB memory.
- Confirm the included SSD capacity. The reported deal was described as a 1TB configuration, but the manufacturer page does not establish the exact Amazon bundle.
- Review regional warranty and support coverage, plus independent evidence for noise, thermals and workloads that matter to you.
