Which difficulty levels are in the campaign?
There is no confirmed difficulty list yet. Activision’s Modern Warfare 4 announcement, Campaign Early Access article, editions page and account-support information do not state how many campaign difficulties exist or what they are called. Because the official material is silent, names commonly associated with earlier Call of Duty releases should not be treated as Modern Warfare 4 settings.

When the game is available, the reliable answer will be the difficulty selector shown in the campaign menu or an explicit Activision support article. Can you replay Modern Warfare 4 missions?
Mission replay is not confirmed. No official Modern Warfare 4 source currently documents a Mission Select screen, replaying completed missions, chapter selection, or how saves behave when a player returns to an earlier section.

- Do not assume a completed mission can be reopened to collect missed items or repeat a choice.
- Do not assume a checkpoint can be selected from outside the active mission.

The physical-edition statement is limited to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X through select retailers. If you are buying a disc, verify the exact platform, edition and seller; the existence of a physical edition does not answer the separate question of offline campaign requirements.
What is still unknown—and what would settle it?
