Mizuno positions the Neo Vista 3 as a springy road-running shoe for jogging, speed workouts and racing. Its official listings specify the materials, width, weights and regional prices, but those details are not proof of how it performs on a run. No verified hands-on test findings are available here for fit, ride, traction or durability, so this is a review of the documented shoe—not a personal wear-test verdict.
What Mizuno says the Neo Vista 3 is for
Mizuno places the Neo Vista 3 in its MIZUNO NEO series and describes it for runners who prefer a springy running sensation. The Japan listing names jogging, speed training and racing as intended uses. These are the manufacturer’s positioning claims, not independent evidence that the shoe performs equally well across those activities.

The model codes on Mizuno’s Japan listings are J1GM2610 for men’s, J1GW2610 for women’s and J1GU2610 for the unisex listing. Mizuno’s NEO running-shoe feature page provides broader series context.
Construction: the official feature set
Mizuno’s product descriptions identify MIZUNO ENERZY NXT foam, a Wave Plate, Smooth Speed Assist geometry, a knit upper and X10 outsole material. The company describes ENERZY NXT as softer, more responsive and lighter than MIZUNO ENERZY. Those are maker descriptions of the materials; they do not establish a measured performance advantage in the Neo Vista 3.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Mizuno Canada’s listing further describes nitrogen-infused ENERZY NXT cushioning, a full-length Wave Plate, deeper sole grooves, a precision-crafted impact zone and a cushioned heel. These details explain the advertised construction, but without a verified wear test they cannot settle how the shoe feels underfoot or how it handles different surfaces and paces.

Materials and recycled-content details
Mizuno Japan lists a synthetic-fiber upper and synthetic sole, with manufacture in Vietnam. It states that the textile on the insole surface and the shoelace textile each contain at least 90% recycled material. That claim applies to those two named components only; it does not establish that the whole shoe is recycled.
What remains unverified in this review
The official specifications do not answer the practical questions runners usually need a wear test to answer: how the fit feels on different feet, whether the ride is stable at easy or faster paces, how the outsole grips, and how the shoe holds up over time. A review video search result dated July 28, 2026 is titled “Mizuno Neo Vista 3 Full Review | A nice step up from the previous version,” and its metadata describes a super trainer and lists fit and run-testing sections. Because the video itself was not available for verification, that result is not evidence for a verdict or for specific test findings.

Accordingly, the defensible conclusion is limited: the Neo Vista 3 is a technically specified, spring-oriented Mizuno road shoe with broad intended-use claims, but these sources alone cannot establish whether it is a good fit for a particular runner or whether it delivers the advertised ride in practice.
