The playable Militsioner demo has published minimum PC requirements; the planned 2027 full game does not yet. The demo listing specifies a 64-bit Windows system, a Core i5-6600 or Ryzen 3 1300X processor, 8 GB of memory, a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 570 with 4 GB of VRAM, DirectX 10, and 20 GB of free storage. Those figures are minimum specifications, not a frame-rate, resolution, or graphics-quality guarantee. Steam released the public demo on October 8, 2026.
The separate full-game page, which still lists a 2027 release, currently shows only 64-bit Windows 7/8/10 and 20 GB of storage. It does not publish CPU, RAM, GPU, VRAM, or DirectX requirements, so the demo numbers should not be treated as final requirements for the complete game.

What the game is, and why the version matters
Militsioner is described on Steam as a single-player action/adventure immersive sim. You try to escape a town watched by a colossal policeman, using stealth, exploration and different escape approaches while characters react to your actions. The full release is planned for 2027, while the demo is a separate playable product with its own store page. The developer’s announcements are collected in the Militsioner Steam Community hub.
That separation is important when checking a PC. A computer that meets the demo minimum may be able to launch and run the demo, but it has not been certified for the unreleased game. Conversely, the absence of full-game CPU, memory and graphics figures is a publication gap, not evidence that those components are unnecessary.
How to read the demo minimum specification
Processor
The demo names an Intel i5-6600 or Ryzen 3 1300X as its minimum CPU examples. These are reference models, not a statement that every processor with a similar name will perform identically. Laptop chips, older desktop parts, power limits and thermal throttling can change results. Compare your processor’s actual model and generation rather than relying on a generic label such as “Core i5.”

Memory
The listed floor is 8 GB of system RAM. Your operating system and other running applications also consume memory, so a PC that has exactly the minimum can have less available to the game. Close unnecessary applications before testing, and watch for memory pressure or paging if the demo stutters while loading areas. This is practical troubleshooting, not a promise that adding memory alone will solve every performance problem.
Graphics card and VRAM
The two named minimum GPUs are the GTX 1050 Ti and RX 570, each identified with 4 GB of graphics memory in the demo listing. Treat them as comparison points, not upgrade recommendations. Check the exact model in your system-information panel and compare it with either listed option; a newer card with a different memory size cannot be judged from the model number alone.
DirectX and operating system
The demo page specifies DirectX 10 and a 64-bit edition of Windows 7, 8 or 10. The listing does not state a target resolution, quality preset or frame rate for that combination. A system may satisfy the API and operating-system line yet still deliver an unsatisfactory experience if its CPU or GPU is slower than the reference parts.

Storage
Allow at least 20 GB of available space for the demo listing. Keep additional headroom for downloads, updates and temporary files rather than filling the drive to its limit. The full-game page also shows 20 GB, but that number may change before the planned 2027 release.
Can your PC run the Militsioner demo?
Use this check before buying hardware or drawing conclusions from a single component.
- Identify the exact parts. Record your CPU model, installed RAM, GPU model and VRAM, Windows edition and whether the operating system is 64-bit.
- Compare every published line. Check the CPU against either named processor, memory against 8 GB, and graphics hardware against either named GPU with its 4 GB specification. Confirm that at least 20 GB is free.
- Separate “meets minimum” from “will feel smooth.” The official page does not attach an FPS target, resolution or quality level to the minimum. Passing the checklist therefore indicates only that your configuration is in the published minimum class.
- Use the demo as the least speculative test. The public demo is available on Steam. On a borderline machine, testing the actual build is more reliable than inferring performance from a parts list.
If one part is below the listed floor, that does not prove the demo cannot start; it means there is no official basis for promising that it will run acceptably. Avoid treating the minimum GPU as a suggested purchase, especially because no current price, stock or upgrade value is established by the official listing.

What is known about the full game’s PC requirements?
The full-game store page currently provides only the operating-system and storage lines shown in the table. CPU, RAM, GPU, VRAM and DirectX requirements remain unpublished there. Because the game is planned for 2027, its final requirements can change as development continues.
Do not silently copy the demo’s detailed numbers into a future buying decision for the full release. Recheck the official full-game page close to launch and look for a revised specification from the developer or publisher. Until then, the demo is the only version with a complete public minimum list.
Militsioner performance settings: what is actually documented
The reviewed official pages do not document a graphics menu, resolution controls, upscaling modes, frame-rate limiter, quality presets or recommended settings. They also do not publish measured performance on named PCs. Consequently, there is no evidence-based “best preset” or guaranteed setting combination to copy.
Best Value
- CPU: AMD Ryzen7 5700X (up to 4.6GHz) 8-Core 16-Thread to easily handle multi-line tasks
- Main board: MSI B550M-A PRO motherboard provides reliable performance and stability
- GPU: Geforce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 Graphics Cards (Brand may vary) Support DLSS 4 multi frame generation, ray tracing, and Reflex 2 delay optimization
- RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz (16GB*2) SSD: 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe
- Power supply: 650W (80plus bronze) certified for energy efficiency and stable performance
SteamDB detects Unreal Engine and software-development components associated with AMD FSR, Intel XeSS and NVIDIA DLSS/frame generation in the demo configuration. That metadata is only a technical indication: it does not prove that any of those technologies are enabled in the shipped build, exposed in the player menu, supported on every GPU or beneficial on your system. Treat the SteamDB configuration page as background information, not as an instruction to enable a particular option.
A careful way to test settings in the current build
Because the available documentation does not enumerate the menu, use the controls that your installed demo actually presents.
- Update the graphics driver through your GPU manufacturer’s normal channel. Restart the PC afterward if the installer requests it.
- Launch the demo and open its video or graphics menu. Record the starting resolution and any quality, shadow, texture, effects, upscaling or frame-limit controls that are visibly available. Do not assume a control exists because another Unreal Engine game offers it.
- Change one control at a time. Apply the smallest change, play the same demanding scene or route for several minutes, and note whether frame pacing, image quality or stability changes.
- Keep changes that solve the observed problem. If an option does nothing or makes the image worse, restore it before testing the next one. A simple written note prevents conflicting adjustments.
- Restart only when the build requires it. Some games apply display changes immediately; others need a restart. Follow the prompt shown by your copy rather than assuming.
This method is deliberately conservative. It does not claim that a particular setting fixes Militsioner; it gives you a repeatable way to discover what your current demo build supports.

Troubleshooting by symptom
The demo will not launch
- Confirm that Windows is a 64-bit installation and that the machine has the listed DirectX support.
- Check that at least 20 GB remains available on the installation drive.
- Install the latest stable driver offered for your GPU model, then reboot.
- If the platform provides a file-integrity check, run it before reinstalling the entire demo.
Low frame rate or uneven motion
- First compare your CPU, RAM and GPU with the published demo minimums; a single qualifying component does not establish overall performance.
- Close background workloads and watch whether memory use or thermal throttling changes during play.
- In the in-game menu, lower only controls that are present in your build and test after each change.
- If a frame-rate limit is exposed, test it rather than assuming an uncapped mode is preferable. The official pages do not specify a recommended limit.
Crashes, freezes or visual corruption
- Return recent settings changes to their previous values and retest.
- Verify the game files using the platform’s available maintenance tool.
- Check for a driver update and ensure the system is not overheating or running out of storage.
- Record the scene, settings and error message before reporting the issue; those details are more useful than simply stating that the PC meets minimum requirements.
What not to infer from the numbers
- The minimum specification does not establish 30, 60 or any other FPS.
- It does not identify a guaranteed resolution, preset or image quality.
- It does not prove that every PC with an equivalent-sounding part will behave the same way.
- It does not constitute the final requirement list for the 2027 full game.
- Detected engine technologies do not prove that corresponding options are available to players.
For the most defensible decision today, compare your hardware with the demo table, test the public demo on a borderline system, and revisit the official full-game page as development approaches launch.
