One naming wrinkle: Product Hunt’s page titled “Mighty Competitors & Alternatives (2026)” is about Mighty, a cloud-streamed Chrome browser service—not Mighty Networks. It is not a ranking of Mighty Networks alternatives.

How to choose a Mighty Networks alternative
Start with the member experience and the business model, then compare features and fees. A low monthly price can be misleading if a platform charges a larger share of sales or lacks a feature your organization needs.
- Community and engagement: Check whether the platform supports the spaces, feeds, chat, events, moderation, and member discovery your group uses.
- Education: If learning is central, assess course structure, cohorts, learning progression, and teaching tools—not just whether a platform has a “classroom” feature.
- Monetization and total cost: Compare the subscription, platform transaction fees, payment-processing charges, and plan limits together.
- Brand and member relationship: Consider customization, branded mobile apps, integrations, and the control you need over member data and workflows.
- Fit at your expected scale: Evaluate whether both the features and costs will still work for your likely community size and operations over the next year.

Which Mighty Networks alternative fits your use case?
| Platform | Reported fit | What to weigh |
|---|---|---|
| Mighty Networks | Creators and brands building paid communities, with customizable Spaces and AI member engagement. | Mighty Networks lists a $79/month starting price in its July 20, 2026 article. Its plan-level fees are detailed below using a separate July 2026 comparison. |
| Circle | Creators launching paid communities and community businesses seeking room to scale. | Circle’s comparison guide describes spaces, courses, events, workflows, gamification, an API, and branded apps. Those feature claims come from Circle itself. |
| Skool | Testing a basic community idea or running a simple coaching community. | The cited guides describe a community and classroom, low entry pricing, and transaction fees. Check current plans and billing terms before comparing costs. |
| Kajabi | Course-first businesses that also need funnel and email-marketing tools. | Its reported strength is a broader course and marketing orientation. Published starting prices differ by source and plan basis. |
| Heartbeat | Creators and coaches building paid communities around chat and events. | Both cited comparisons list transaction fees, but their stated entry prices differ. Confirm current billing and fees with the provider. |

| Bettermode | Brands and organizations adding forums to a website. | Mighty Networks’ comparison lists a $399/month starting price; verify the current plan and terms. |
For a flexible paid community
Compare Mighty Networks and Circle against your desired structure: how members move between spaces, courses, events, and conversations. Circle’s published feature list is extensive, but it is Circle-authored; confirm that the features and integrations you need are included in the plan you would buy.
For a low-cost or simple starting point
Skool is positioned in the cited guides as an option for testing a basic community idea or running simple coaching groups. Its low listed entry price comes with a comparatively high platform fee on the Hobby plan in the July 2026 comparison, so estimate fees against expected sales rather than choosing by subscription alone.
For course-first businesses
Kajabi is the more course- and funnel-oriented option in Mighty Networks’ comparison. It may be a better fit when course delivery and marketing workflows are the core product; compare the total plan cost with a community-first service plus any separate tools you would otherwise need.
For chat-first groups
Discord is a natural fit when real-time text, voice, and video are central and a formal paid-course system is not. If memberships, structured learning, and transactions must work together, compare those capabilities directly before choosing a chat-centered service.
For branded apps or organizational networks
Disciple is listed for membership businesses seeking branded apps, while Hivebrite is listed for alumni and professional networks. Bettermode is positioned for website forums. These are narrower use cases than a general creator community, so compare the specific administration, member experience, and plan terms relevant to your organization.
What do Mighty Networks and alternatives cost?
The following figures come from Tenant.so’s competitor-maintained comparison, which states that prices are as of July 2026. They are snapshots, not guaranteed current quotes; verify billing basis, plan limits, and fees on vendor pricing pages. Payment processing may be additional.

Prices are monthly as presented in the July 2026 comparison; it does not establish here whether each amount requires monthly billing or reflects an annual-billing equivalent. Circle’s fee listing includes 0.5%, but the comparison’s table does not assign that rate to a specific plan in the information available here. Confirm both details before using the figures to forecast costs.
Published starting-price figures can conflict. Mighty Networks’ own article, last updated July 20, 2026, lists Mighty at $79/month, Circle at $89/month, Kajabi at $143/month, Heartbeat at $40/month plus 5% fees, and Skool at $9/month plus 10% fees. Those Kajabi and Heartbeat figures differ from the plans in the July Tenant.so comparison. The sources do not resolve every difference in plan or billing basis, so use each provider’s current pricing page for a purchase decision.
Circle’s live comparison page also reports 20,000+ communities, 400+ reviews, and a 4.6/5 rating. These are Circle’s own page figures, not independent market-wide measurements.

Product Hunt categorizes it under web browsers, Chrome extensions, and cloud computing platforms, and lists browser alternatives such as Chrome, Whist, Arc, Sidekick, OneTab, Dia, Workona, Opera, and SigmaOS. That page is not a comparison of Mighty Networks.
