Not exactly. Dexerto reported on October 2, 2026, that completing the original Vice City to 100% unlocks the Frankie outfit at the Vercetti Estate, including a shirt that reads, “I completed Vice City and all I got was this lousy T-shirt.” That game-unlock detail and wording come from Dexerto’s report, not from a primary Rockstar source.
