Mezco’s Cartoon Version Foot Soldiers Army Builder Set is the clearest fit if you want three cartoon-inspired Foot Soldiers together, with fabric costumes, a broad weapon assortment and display bases. NECA offers two Mirage Comics Foot Clan figures in one bundle, while Super7’s classic toy-inspired ULTIMATES! listing is for one Foot Soldier. The right choice depends mainly on the continuity and display you want, how many figures you want per purchase, and what is currently available.

These are manufacturer-listed prices and page states checked on October 4, 2026, not guarantees of present availability. A simple listed-price-per-figure calculation would not account for differences in materials, accessories, shipping, resale prices or collector preferences, so it cannot by itself establish which package is the better value.

Choose by the look and continuity you want
Mezco: cartoon-inspired Foot Soldiers
Mezco labels this set “Cartoon Version.” It is the direct match for a display centered on that interpretation of the Foot Clan, rather than a general substitute for every TMNT continuity. Its three similarly themed soldiers make it the largest single purchase among these options by figure count.

NECA: Mirage Comics Foot Ninja and Foot Enforcer
NECA’s bundle is explicitly based on Mirage Comics and pairs two distinct Foot Clan figures: a Foot Ninja and a Foot Enforcer. That makes it a continuity-specific alternative, not a like-for-like version of Mezco’s cartoon-inspired set. The Foot Ninja’s alternate head and robe provide another listed look.

Super7: one classic toy-inspired Foot Soldier
Super7 presents a single Foot Soldier in its ULTIMATES! line. The listing emphasizes a weapon rack, alternate hands, and painted weapons alongside an unpainted set on the rack. It suits a collector who wants to add a soldier individually, subject to the product page’s availability.
Check scale without assuming cross-brand fit
Mezco describes its line as 1:12 and gives an approximate height of 17 cm. NECA and Super7 describe their figures as seven-inch collector scale. These labels help estimate shelf presence, but the product listings do not establish exact cross-brand compatibility or guarantee that figures will look matched together. If you are mixing lines, treat scale as a starting point and compare the intended display rather than assuming identical proportions.

Weigh figure count against included extras
- For several soldiers in one purchase: Mezco lists three figures, with eight interchangeable hands per figure, fabric costume pieces, multiple ninja weapons and three adjustable-post bases.
- For two different Foot Clan characters: NECA supplies a Foot Ninja and a Foot Enforcer, plus listed weapons and other accessories; the Foot Ninja also has an alternate head and robe.
- For a single addition: Super7 lists one soldier, alternate hands and a weapon rack with painted weapons and an unpainted set.
The manufacturers’ descriptions establish what is included, not how the figures perform in hand. They do not support conclusions about comparative durability, joint tightness, paint quality or ease of posing.

Collector-product inventory can change. On October 4, 2026, Mezco’s product page showed a $225 listed price and waitlist status, NECA’s bundle showed $74.98 and in stock, and Super7’s $55 listing showed sold out. Check the linked manufacturer page before buying; those dated page states should not be treated as a current stock guarantee.

Keep the similarly named Mezco set separate
