The Browns’ Oct. 2 update said an MRI performed at University Hospitals showed an MCL sprain and an ankle sprain. The same announcement said that through the first four weeks of the 2026 season, Graham had 4 sacks, 15 tackles, 6 tackles for loss and 5 quarterback hits. Cleveland said his 4 sacks led the team and were tied for third in the league at the time of publication. Those are season statistics, not an indication of his recovery or availability.
Where to find reliable updates

How to interpret the injury report
The Browns list practice participation separately from game status. DNP means did not participate in practice, LP means limited participation, and FP means full participation. These are practice designations; by themselves, they do not say whether a player will play.

Game-status labels have different meanings: Out means the player will not play, Doubtful means unlikely to play, and Questionable means not certain to play. In the Browns’ Oct. 2 transcript, Monken said, “I do not” when asked whether he had an update, and “I don’t know. He might be” when asked whether Graham was having an MRI that day. That transcript records what was known at that point; the Browns’ later Oct. 2 announcement reported the MRI findings.
