The PlayStationTrophies roadmap says the ending depends on decisions made over the course of the game and describes a late-game choice on floor 12 of the Jail Tower. Because this is player-authored guidance for the original release, use it as a route reference rather than assuming it applies unchanged to a remake or every edition.
- At the floor 12 decision point: the roadmap says the incorrect answer leads to the bad ending. Its forum copy identifies answering “The Order” to question 1 as the bad-ending choice.
- After seeing the bad ending: reload your save, return to the choice, and select the correct response to continue to the true final boss, according to the roadmap.
- For the good ending: the guide recommends using Mary Reverser as the final Blood Ability.
The guide also reports a one-playthrough minimum for its trophy roadmap, but the available source does not independently establish that all release versions share the same requirements.

Which trophies or achievements can be missed?
Keep the platform’s list in view: Steam and Vita use separate achievement and trophy lists, and the sources do not establish that their objectives match one-for-one or that regional trophy lists stack.

- “Sweet, Sweet Freedom”: the same roadmap says this may be missable.

What other unlockables and post-game content are there?
Steam Community’s player-authored guide index points to walkthroughs and references for maps, secrets, jobs and skills, favorite gifts, gallery scenes, ailments, item shrinking, Blood Devolution, and achievements. It also lists an Underground Cavern post-game route guide, which says Mary Reverser and Hameln are needed for that route. These are guide topics and route requirements reported by players, not official unlock documentation.

The trophy roadmap identifies its subject as the original PlayStation Vita release, while Steam’s listing covers the PC edition. Search results also reference a later remake associated with Mary Skelter 2, but the sources here do not provide a complete unlock-by-unlock comparison. Do not assume a floor, choice, ability, or trophy instruction transfers unchanged between the original and remake.

Steam lists English interface, audio, and subtitles, Japanese audio, achievements, Trading Cards, and cloud support for its PC edition. Those store features do not establish equivalent availability on Vita. For version-specific steps, use a guide whose platform and release match the game you are playing.
