Rocket Raccoon’s Trash King costume is a free reward from the limited-time All Hallows’ Glow event in Marvel Rivals. It does not appear simply for logging in: complete the missions displayed in the live event panel, then claim the reward there. If you finished the missions and still cannot find the costume, verify the account binding and character, check the in-game Inbox, relaunch the game, and rule out platform display restrictions before contacting Marvel Rivals Support on the official Discord.
What the Trash King reward is
Trash King is Rocket Raccoon’s free costume. NetEase Games’ Version 20261015 patch notes describe the route as: “Complete event missions to earn Rocket Raccoon’s Trash King costume for FREE!” The reward is tied to the All Hallows’ Glow event, not to a normal store purchase, random draw, or automatic login bonus.

All Hallows’ Glow is scheduled for October 15, 2026 at 09:00 UTC through November 13, 2026 at 09:00 UTC. The event panel is therefore the authority for your account’s current progress and available actions. If the event has ended for your region or account, the panel may no longer offer the missions or claim control.

- Update and start Marvel Rivals. Use the current game build so the All Hallows’ Glow panel and its mission data can load.
- Open the live event panel. Read the missions shown on your account. The official notes confirm that mission completion is required, but they do not publish a universal mission count, XP threshold, or guaranteed claim-button layout.
- Complete every requirement displayed there. Progress is measured by the event’s live objectives, not by a general assumption that playing a certain number of matches is enough.
- Return to the event panel after each mission. When the reward becomes available, use the panel’s claim control if one is shown. Finishing the last objective and leaving the panel does not prove that the costume was claimed.
- Open Rocket Raccoon’s costume list. Look for Trash King after claiming. If it is not listed, continue with the account, Inbox, and platform checks below.
Because the published patch notes do not specify one mission total or one interface for every account, do not rely on numbers posted by other players. Follow the objectives and status labels currently displayed in your own All Hallows’ Glow panel.

Identify where the unlock is stuck
“Not showing” can describe several different states. Use the table to match the symptom to the next check instead of repeating the same mission.

Verify the bound account and character
Collections are associated with the game character connected to your account. If you have more than one login, profile, or platform identity, completing the event on one character and checking another makes the costume look missing.
- In Marvel Rivals, open Settings → Other → Account → Account Binding.
- Confirm that the platform you actually used to play is linked.
- Check that the displayed game character is the one whose event progress you completed.
- Sign out of any alternate account, then sign back in to the intended character before checking the event panel and Rocket’s collection.
The account-binding FAQ lists Epic, Steam, Loading Bay, PlayStation, and Xbox as supported platforms. A platform being listed as supported does not mean every costume can be displayed everywhere; cross-progression and cosmetic-display rules are separate checks.
Check the in-game Inbox
Some claimed events and drops are delivered through the in-game Inbox rather than appearing immediately in the character’s costume grid. Open Inbox from the game’s main interface and inspect both unread and already-opened messages.

- Look for a message that names the event, Rocket Raccoon, or the Trash King reward.
- Open the message and use its claim or collect action if present.
- Return to Rocket’s costume list after collecting it.
- Do not leave a delivery message unattended: Marvel Rivals’ Twitch guidance says reward emails expire after 30 days.
The 30-day expiry statement is published for reward emails, not as a separate Trash King-specific timer. Treat any Inbox message as time-sensitive and collect it as soon as it appears.
Relaunch and refresh the event state
A stale session can leave the event panel, Inbox, and collection screen out of step. Relaunching is a practical recovery step based on the documented account and delivery flow; it is not a published Trash King-only fix.
- Exit the game completely rather than only returning to the title screen.
- Start it again and sign in to the same bound account and character.
- Open the All Hallows’ Glow panel and check its current mission and reward status.
- Open Inbox and collect any pending delivery.
- Inspect Rocket Raccoon’s costume list again.
If the panel and collection still disagree, capture screenshots before making further account changes. The images should show the event status, the account-binding page, the Inbox state, and Rocket’s costume list.
Understand platform and cross-progression limits
The cross-progression FAQ warns that platform-exclusive costumes cannot be used on other platforms. On a different platform, the game may show the default costume even though the account owns the exclusive one. That behavior can look like a failed unlock when it is actually a display restriction.

Check the platform where you completed the event first. If Trash King is visible there but not on another linked system, compare the two platform identities and the costume’s availability rather than repeating the event missions.
Discord Game Shops are a separate route
If you are investigating a Marvel Rivals item delivered through Discord’s Game Shops, that route has its own platform scope: Steam, Epic, Loading Bay, and Xbox are supported, while PlayStation is unsupported for that shop redemption route. This limitation concerns Game Shops delivery; it does not change the All Hallows’ Glow mission requirements.
Third-party links do not update automatically
Linking a game account for cross-progression does not automatically update third-party bindings such as Discord or Twitch. If a reward originated through one of those services, open that service’s account settings and confirm it points to the same Marvel Rivals character you checked in game.

The panel shows incomplete progress
Read the objective literally. Check whether it requires a particular mode, map, action, or match result, and allow the result screen to finish before leaving. Then return to the panel so the game can record the progress. Do not substitute an unofficial mission count or XP target for the condition shown on your account.

The panel shows completion but no claim action
Relaunch, reopen the panel, and inspect Inbox. The official notes establish that mission completion earns the costume, but they do not promise that every account uses the same visible claim button. If the panel continues to show completion without a reward state, preserve a screenshot for support.
The panel says claimed but the costume is absent
Check Inbox first, then confirm the bound character and platform. If the costume is visible on the earning platform but not another one, the platform-exclusive display rule is the more relevant explanation. If it is absent everywhere after a fresh sign-in, prepare the evidence package described below.

Marvel Rivals directs unresolved in-game issues to Marvel Rivals Support on the official Discord. Contact support after the event panel, binding, Inbox, relaunch, and platform checks have been completed.
Include enough information for the support team to distinguish an incomplete mission from a delivery or synchronization error:
- Your exact platform or platforms, such as Steam, Epic, Loading Bay, PlayStation, or Xbox.
- The account-binding screen from Settings → Other → Account → Account Binding.
- The All Hallows’ Glow panel showing each mission’s status and any claim state.
- The Inbox screen, including whether a reward message is present, collected, or missing.
- Rocket Raccoon’s costume list showing that Trash King is absent.
- The approximate time you completed the final mission and the time you relaunched.
- Screenshots that avoid exposing passwords, payment details, recovery codes, or other sensitive information.
Describe the sequence in order: missions completed, claim action used or not shown, Inbox checked, relaunch performed, and platforms tested. That gives support a reproducible account and delivery trail instead of a single “skin missing” report.
Facts the published notes do not establish
Do not publish or rely on an invented mission count, XP threshold, draw probability, or universal claim-button behavior. Those values are not stated in the official patch notes. The live All Hallows’ Glow panel is the correct place to obtain the requirements for your account and current build.
Likewise, a missing costume is not automatically proof of account loss. The documented possibilities include an unclaimed event reward, a pending Inbox delivery, checking a different bound character, a platform-exclusive display rule, or a third-party account link that still points elsewhere. Work through those states in that order before escalating.
