Check that supplies are the correct S1 media for your region before buying, and do not count on generic stock being compatible.

The desktop-support information is inconsistent. Liene’s product page claims Windows and Mac support, as well as iOS and Android app use. TechRadar Pro’s review reported that the version it tested had no desktop app and used iOS or Android. The conflict does not establish what desktop software is currently available in every region. If computer-based design or control is essential, confirm current Windows or Mac support and the compatible app version with Liene before purchasing.

Liene’s specifications also say the S1 has no battery, USB storage support, or PictBridge support. Do not plan on printing directly from a USB drive or using it as a standalone, battery-powered printer.
