If the failure started after an update—or the game says your account is missing—troubleshoot the client and login separately; those problems are not proof that the code itself is invalid.
1. Check whether the code is still within its validity window
Compare the code with the original announcement and check its start and end dates. A community-maintained redemption-code list records codes alongside validity windows, but an old listing is not evidence that a code still works. For example, DEEPSPACE6 and AWOOOOOO were listed for June 28–July 23, 2026 (UTC+8); that period has passed, so they are historical examples, not current codes.
Copy the code from its original announcement and read any conditions stated there. The available English official information does not establish general rules for regional eligibility, capitalization, account level, one redemption per account, or the meaning of specific error messages. Don’t assume a rule from another game applies here.
2. Make sure you are using the correct in-game menu
Community event guidance describes this route: Hunter Profile → Settings → More → Redeem Code. The route is not confirmed by an official English help page, and menu labels can change; follow the current labels in your game if they differ. 3. Separate code errors from update or login problems
If the issue began after an update, first confirm that you can access the game and the expected account. Infold’s Version 6.0 Client Update Guide, published July 8, 2026, says that the update is required and that the old client will no longer grant access. It recommends updating through the in-game prompt using an overlay installation.
Infold warns that uninstalling the old version may result in losing local data, such as photos that have not been uploaded to cloud storage. Do not uninstall simply to troubleshoot a redeem code without considering that risk.

If the account seems missing or reset
For an “account not found” message or a character that appears reset after updating, Infold advises confirming that you installed the correct client type—for example, that you did not switch from the official client to a channel client—and checking your login details. This advice concerns account access after an update; it does not explain every invalid-code message.
If the problem persists, contact customer support at [email protected]. Include relevant account or character details and a concise description of what happened. Never post your password or redeem code publicly.

4. When the code still fails
- Check the original announcement for the exact code and its validity dates.
- Use the in-game redemption menu, following the labels shown in your current client.
- If the game itself will not open or your account looks wrong after an update, check the client type and login details before treating it as a code issue.
- If those checks do not resolve the problem, contact support with a clear description rather than relying on unverified claims about error messages or account restrictions.
