The single-player roguelite action RPG is built around a pursuer called the Hand: as it hunts you, the world disappears along ground you have already traveled, making every detour a choice about both time and the routes you will still have. The launch announcement says the free demo remains available, but the Steam page captured for this article still showed “Coming soon,” so check the live listing for current purchase availability and price.
What is Lostbound?
Lostbound is an adventure, indie and RPG title described on Steam as a single-player roguelite action RPG. Tenkarider developed it, and Tambù Digital published it. The game places the player in a dark, crumbling world, searching for artifacts while trying to avoid the Hand, a being of darkness that erases the player’s path and threatens to pull them into the Abyss. Steam’s listing identifies the game and describes its premise.

That premise makes Lostbound less about freely roaming an open-ended world and more about planning expeditions under pressure. The store description emphasizes changing routes, survival and adapting between runs.
How does the Hand pressure the player?
The Hand pursues the player as the world crumbles along previously traveled ground. If you retrace your steps too often, the Hand can erase those paths, leaving fewer ways to move through the world. That turns navigation into a resource: a route that looks convenient now may be unavailable later, and backtracking costs more than time.

- Steam Up: A Feast of Dim Sum is a competitive 2-5 player light-medium weight Dim Sum set collection and action management game offering a delicious cultural experience.
- At the beginning of the game, steamers, filled with different types of Dim Sum, are stacked and placed on a Turntable.
- Each player takes turns performing 2 different actions each round. Actions include gaining and spending food tokens to purchase Dim Sum in Steamers within their Feast Zone.
- Players may also play Fortune cards to benefit themselves or affect their opponents. Starting the 2nd round, a Fate card is revealed each round to trigger an event that may affect all players.
- The game ends when a specific number of Steamers is purchased or the Fate deck is emptied. Final scoring is then calculated. The player with the most Hearty Points wins and leaves the table with the fullest stomach!
The same pressure shapes dungeon runs. Players descend to find artifacts and resources, but need to return to the surface before nightfall. The game’s stated loop asks players to weigh what an expedition might yield against the time and safe routes needed to get back.
What happens between runs?
Steam says artifact placement and item sets vary by seed, giving players reasons to try different builds and approaches. Resources can be used to upgrade after failure, so a run’s outcome feeds into adaptation for later attempts. The store description establishes this as a roguelite loop; it does not provide enough detail to claim exactly which upgrades persist or how progression is balanced.

Is Lostbound out now on Steam?
The Gaming Ground published a press-release announcement dated October 6, 2026, reporting that Lostbound launched on PC via Steam and that a free demo remained available.
