Use the documented mechanics to plan your play

Explore for portals and secret places
The developer described hidden portals that connect the past and future, along with expanded exploration and secret places. Search areas beyond the most direct route, and pay attention to places that may conceal a portal or optional path. The announcement does not provide a verified level-by-level route, so treat exploration as a general approach rather than a guaranteed solution for a particular puzzle.
