It folds down to a small footprint and works over Bluetooth, but independent reviewers describe its low, narrow shape as uncomfortable for extended use. Its touch scrolling also gives up the precision of a physical wheel. It is a travel-first mouse, not a safe pick for everyone who needs an all-day desk mouse.
How small does the Mobi Fold get?
PCWorld reviewer Mattias Inghe measured the mouse at 5.7 × 6.6 × 2.1 cm when folded and 5.7 × 12.2 × 3.3 cm when open; the review reports a weight of 79 g. Folding it reduces its length substantially, making it easier to slip into a compact bag than a conventional mouse. Opening the shell switches it on, and folding it switches it off. Is it comfortable for long use?
Comfort is the central trade-off. Inghe called it “far from the most comfortable mouse I’ve ever used,” describing a narrow, flat triangular shape that he did not find ergonomic. He liked its silicone surface and button resistance, but those details did not overcome the low profile for him. RTINGS likewise says the shape is not particularly comfortable for long stretches. Logitech’s product page cites a 2025 ErgoLab study reporting 22% lower forearm muscle strain versus an integrated trackpad, based on 30 people. That is a Logitech study claim, and the reviewed material did not establish independent validation or provide methodology details. What are the scrolling and button trade-offs?
The Mobi Fold uses a touch strip for scrolling instead of a physical wheel. RTINGS found the touch scrolling imprecise, so it may frustrate people who rely on controlled, repeatable wheel steps. Its four buttons do not include a dedicated physical middle button. The official setup guide lists a PAW3222 optical sensor with adjustable sensitivity from 400 to 4,000 DPI. RTINGS considers its raw performance adequate for everyday browsing and desktop use, but not competitive gaming; it reports a 125 Hz polling rate and high, inconsistent click latency. Battery, charging, and device support
The mouse has a 100 mAh rechargeable lithium-polymer battery that charges through USB-C. PCWorld says it is not a standard user-replaceable battery and that its test unit did not include a cable or charger. Battery-life claims differ: PCWorld’s review materials give up to 20 days on a full charge, while Logitech’s June 2026 launch announcement claims up to 30 days and says a one-minute charge provides 22 hours of use. Logitech says the mouse can pair with up to three devices over Bluetooth and supports Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and Linux. Its setup guide lists Windows 10 or later, macOS 12 or later, Android 12 or later, and iPadOS 15 or later, as well as ChromeOS and Linux. How it compares with more conventional travel mice

RTINGS’s comparison does not establish a universal comfort ranking for every hand. If possible, try a mouse in person or check its return terms before making comfort a deciding factor.
Who should choose the Mobi Fold?
- Consider it if you want a compact Bluetooth mouse for occasional travel or shared spaces and are comfortable using a low-profile shape and touch scrolling.
- Look elsewhere if you work with a mouse for long stretches, prefer a fuller hand-filling shape, or depend on precise physical-wheel scrolling.
- Do not choose it for competitive gaming given RTINGS’s findings on polling rate and inconsistent click latency.
