What the A9K-ULTRA is—and what varies by market
LG’s Philippines product page describes the A9K-ULTRA as a cordless handstick vacuum with thumb-touch controls, ThinQ Wi-Fi, a five-step filtration system, washable filters, and Kompressor dust compaction. LG lists maximum suction power of 200 W and a 0.44 L dust-bin capacity; it also gives a 2.4 L compressed-bin capacity. “Up to” runtime depends on power mode, whether a powered nozzle is attached, and how LG accounts for the two batteries. The Philippines and Australia pages present materially different figures and formats. Compare only figures that match your local market and the same mode and nozzle setup.

LG Australia calls its runtime figures approximate and says they vary with power setting and nozzle. Its Normal-mode figure without the Power Drive nozzle is explicitly per battery, while the Philippines page lists the two-battery configuration alongside its figures. LG Malaysia provides further context for some of its runtime claims: it attributes them to LG internal tests and specifies room-temperature and nozzle/battery conditions. That is manufacturer test information, not an independent consumer test. The same page references an ASTM F1977-04(2017) filtration test; that reference should not be read as an independent assessment of the vacuum’s overall cleaning performance. What the accessory bundle can mean in practice
The Philippines listing includes a mop nozzle with four pads, a pet nozzle, a bedding nozzle, a slim hard-floor nozzle, flexible crevice and other tools, and two batteries. LG Malaysia also lists four mop pads and specialty attachments. These regional lists do not prove that every A9K-ULTRA sold elsewhere includes the same kit.
- Mop head and pads: Confirm that the mop nozzle and the stated number of pads appear in your local retailer’s or LG’s exact bundle listing.
- Floor and specialty heads: Check the included nozzle names against the surfaces and tasks you intend to clean; an accessory listed for one market is not evidence it is in another market’s box.
- Batteries: Verify the number supplied locally and whether the advertised runtime is per battery or accounts for more than one.
Maintenance, replacements, and warranty checks
LG’s Philippines listing describes washable filters. For replacement batteries, filters, mop pads, or other parts, match the complete model or product code and market with LG or an authorized parts source. Exact replacement part numbers and cross-market compatibility are not established here, so do not assume a part advertised for another A9K variant will fit.

Warranty terms also differ by market. LG Australia lists a two-year parts-and-labour warranty for the unit, a 12-month battery warranty, and a 10-year parts warranty for the Smart Inverter Motor.
