A photo-led look at Sammy’s Gamescom and Tokyo Game Show collection starts with the pictures themselves: the available event information confirms when and where the shows took place, but does not identify Sammy or establish what appears in the photographs.
What this photo feature covers
The title brings together photos associated with two major gaming events in 2026: Gamescom in Cologne and Tokyo Game Show (TGS) in the Makuhari area of Japan. The images are the point of the feature. Without the gallery or its editorial captions, it would be misleading to identify people, games, booths, or scenes in Sammy’s photos.

Gamescom 2026: Cologne, August 26–30
PC Gamer reported that Gamescom 2026 took place in Cologne from August 26 through August 30. That gives the collection a European event setting; it does not establish which days Sammy attended or what the photographs show.

Business days and public days had different schedules
TGS designated September 17–18 as business days and September 19–21 as public days. The published hours were:
| Dates | Day type | Listed hours |
|---|---|---|
| September 17–18, 2026 | Business days | 10:00–17:00 |
| September 19–20, 2026 | Public days | 9:30–17:00 |
| September 21, 2026 | Public day | 9:30–16:00 |
Those are the official event hours, not evidence of when Sammy took any particular photograph. The site also lists cosplay, merchandise, and an influencer/creator lounge among TGS event contents; none can be assumed to appear in the gallery.

What the event details can—and cannot—tell you
The dates and venues place the two shows in context, but they cannot substitute for viewing the collection. A caption naming a game, exhibitor, cosplayer, or location should be based on the corresponding image or a verified editorial record, not inferred from the event’s general programming.
