How the RTX 5060 performs in this laptop
The RTX 5060 name alone does not tell the whole performance story: laptop GPUs can be configured at different power limits. Notebookcheck’s reviewed LOQ Essential configuration used an RTX 5060 Laptop GPU rated at 55 W, with 8 GB of GDDR7. Its review found below-average performance compared with other laptops carrying the RTX 5060 name, while judging it capable of casual 1080p gaming at modest to high settings. That makes the deal most compelling for someone seeking a Full HD gaming laptop and willing to use sensible settings rather than expecting the strongest performance available from an RTX 5060 system. The 144 Hz refresh rate can make supported games look smoother, but it does not mean this laptop will reach 144 frames per second in demanding games.
