Lelit’s Elizabeth3 and Victoria3 espresso machines both add Pagaia, an electronic lever-based system for adjusting water flow and pressure during extraction. The key difference is the boiler setup: Elizabeth3 is the dual-boiler model, while Victoria3 is single-boiler. The launch report does not establish that either makes better-tasting coffee; Pagaia gives the user another way to shape an extraction, not a guaranteed result.
What Pagaia lets you control
Pagaia is Lelit’s electronic flow-control system. During an extraction, its lever adjusts the vibration pump’s output, changing how water flows toward the coffee. On Lelit’s official MaraX3 page, the company says turning the lever clockwise gradually increases pump output, while turning it counterclockwise reduces pressure. The launch report describes the Elizabeth3 and Victoria3 controls as shaping the water-flow curve into the coffee grounds.

That gives the person making the coffee an additional variable to adjust while espresso is being pulled. It does not mean the machine automatically finds an ideal recipe, or that changing the flow will necessarily improve the cup. The result depends on the coffee and the way the machine is operated; no independent extraction test of these new models was identified.

T3’s 1 October 2026 launch report identifies Elizabeth3 as the dual-boiler option and Victoria3 as the single-boiler option. The same report gives the following specifications and UK starting prices:
#1 Best Overall
- Solid Steel Housing, Made in Italy
- 9 Bar Espresso Extractions
- Stainless Steel 58mm Commercial Portafilter
- Commercial Three Way Solenoid Valve
- Commercial Steam Wand
| Model | Boiler configuration | Reported capacity and equipment | UK starting price reported by T3, 1 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elizabeth3 | Dual boiler | 200 ml coffee boiler; separate 600 ml steam/hot-water boiler; 2.5-litre water tank; separate steam and hot-water wands | £1,499.95 |
| Victoria3 | Single boiler | 200 ml coffee boiler; steam wand | £999.95 |
The prices are UK launch-report figures, not a guarantee of current pricing or availability in another market. The report also describes Victoria3 as the smaller model and gives dimensions of 38 × 27 × 41.5 cm for it and 38 × 36 × 41.5 cm for Elizabeth3. Confirm dimensions with Lelit or a local seller before checking counter fit.
Which configuration fits your routine?
Choose Elizabeth3 if separate boilers matter
Elizabeth3 has a dedicated coffee boiler and a separate boiler for steam and hot water, according to T3. That separation is the clearest reason to consider it if you regularly prepare milk drinks or want hot water as part of your routine. A dual-boiler design is not, on its own, proof of a particular brew speed or recovery time; those were not independently tested for these models.

Choose Victoria3 if you prefer the smaller single-boiler option
Victoria3 combines its reported 200 ml coffee boiler with a steam wand in a single-boiler design. T3 lists it as narrower than Elizabeth3, but buyers should verify the orientation and dimensions with the manufacturer or seller. The available launch information does not establish comparative warm-up, steaming, or recovery performance.

T3 describes both machines as having LED lighting that comes on during extraction, wood accents on the feet, tamper and portafilter, and redesigned drip trays. It reports multiple colour choices and availability through Lelit. These are launch-report details; check a local listing for current colours, stock and exact included equipment.
