BrewNotes’ August 24, 2026 review says brew temperature can be adjusted from 80 to 130 °C in one-degree steps, and steam temperature from 120 to 140 °C. Single-boiler sequencing
The Anna is a manual, single-boiler machine, so brewing espresso and producing steam are sequential tasks rather than simultaneous ones. BrewNotes describes a switch-based workflow and says moving from brewing to steam readiness takes roughly a minute or more. Treat that as a review observation, not a guaranteed transition time for every machine or routine. If you regularly make milk drinks, this wait is a practical trade-off to weigh against the PID.

It is a plausible fit if you want manual espresso with factory PID temperature adjustment, have room for a compact machine, and are comfortable with a single boiler and the LELIT57 accessory ecosystem.
