Choose the Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 (77092) if you want a set you can evaluate and buy now, with two alternative display builds and four minifigures. Wait for Ocarina of Time – Link & Epona if that specific character-and-mount scene is what you want and you are willing to wait for its reported spring 2027 release. Link & Epona’s price, dimensions, full contents and exact release date have not been established in the reviewed sources, so there is not enough information to compare the sets’ value or footprint fairly.

Why choose the Great Deku Tree
77092 is the more clearly specified option: LEGO lists its age rating, piece count, minifigures and dimensions. Its defining feature is the choice between two tree designs based on different games. The choice is between builds, not simultaneous displays from one box: only one tree version is made at a time.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →It suits a buyer who wants a substantial Zelda display model and values having four included minifigures. The Ocarina of Time build is over 33 cm / 13 in tall; the Breath of the Wild build is over 31 cm / 12 in tall. Those measurements describe height, not the full space the model occupies on a shelf.
#1 Best Overall
- Build this LEGO set
Check your own country’s LEGO listing or local retailers for current stock and price. The UK listing’s £259.99 price and sold-out status are specific to that regional listing when checked, not a guarantee of availability elsewhere. The $299.99 figure is LEGO’s original US RRP from 2024, not a current resale or retailer quote.
Why wait for Link & Epona
If the image of Link riding Epona from Ocarina of Time is the reason you are shopping, Link & Epona is the more direct match in subject. Brick Fanatics reported 1,750 pieces and a spring 2027 release window in 2026. Those are reported announcement details, not a complete LEGO retail specification.

Without a confirmed price, dimensions, official set number, complete contents or exact launch date in the reviewed sources, you cannot yet judge its cost, shelf footprint or included characters against 77092. Wait for LEGO’s product listing before making those comparisons; the spring 2027 window is not an exact release day.

How to make the buying decision
- Choose Great Deku Tree 77092 if you want a specified set now, prefer the two alternative tree builds, or value the four documented minifigures. Confirm local stock and price before ordering.
- Wait for Link & Epona if the Link-and-mount subject matters more than buying immediately and you can wait through the reported spring 2027 window.
- Do not use pieces as a value verdict. The sets have different subjects and formats, and Link & Epona’s price is not confirmed in the reviewed sources. Piece count alone cannot establish which is better value.
Do not confuse Link & Epona with The Final Battle
LEGO’s Ocarina of Time – The Final Battle (77093) is a separate set, not another name for Link & Epona. LEGO announced it for purchase from 1 March 2026 with a US RRP of $129.99. It has 1,003 pieces and depicts the castle confrontation, with Link, Princess Zelda and Ganondorf minifigures, a large Ganon figure and Navi. Those details and that price belong to 77093 only; they do not establish Link & Epona’s price or contents. LEGO’s announcement for The Final Battle.
