A contemporaneous ComicBook.com report put the price at $69.99, down from $99.99, and described it as the first time Amazon had discounted the set. That first-sale history is the outlet’s report, not a verified price record across all sellers; the event ran October 6–7, 2026, and Amazon says deal availability can change.
What was the Big Deal Days price?
Amazon’s official U.S. roundup listed the set at up to 30% off during Prime Big Deal Days. ComicBook.com reported a specific price of $69.99, down from $99.99, and said the offer required Prime membership. The roundup confirms the product’s inclusion in the event promotion, but not a current price or stock status. Check the Amazon listing for the price and availability now.

Amazon’s announcement said the 48-hour event began October 6, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. PDT and ran through October 7. The promotion was framed as exclusive to Prime members. Because that event has ended, the reported deal price should be treated as historical rather than an offer that is still available.
Was it really the set’s first discount?
ComicBook.com described the offer as the first time Amazon had put the set on sale. That is a report about Amazon’s past pricing, not proof of the first discount at every retailer or a complete price history. Amazon says product pages can show up to 365 days of price history; checking that chart may help assess Amazon’s recent pricing, but it cannot establish the set’s full market-wide history.

What to check before buying
- Confirm the listing is for LEGO Icons Project Hail Mary, set 11389, rather than another Hail Mary item.
- Check the current price, seller, stock, and whether Prime membership is required; the reported $69.99 event price is not confirmation of today’s offer.
- If the discount history matters, inspect the listing’s available price history and remember that Amazon’s stated chart covers up to 365 days, not necessarily the product’s entire time on sale.
