LEGO Canada describes the Creator 3-in-1 Haunted Mansion 31167 as a 736-piece set for builders aged 9 and up. The same pieces can become a two-story haunted house, a haunted ship, or a haunted train with a platform. These are alternate builds: you can display one configuration at a time, not all three simultaneously.

Choose 10273 for a tall ride-style display
LEGO’s US product page describes Icons Haunted House 10273, Manor von Barron, as an adult-oriented haunted-house ride. At approximately 68 cm high, 25 cm wide, and 25 cm deep, it takes substantially more vertical display space than 31167. Its 3,231 pieces and ten minifigures make it the larger, more involved display build by the specifications listed by LEGO.
Interactive details include a working free-fall feature, automatic doors, an interior that opens for exploration, and a cursed painting with a light brick. The light brick’s battery is included. Motorizing the elevator requires one Powered Up 88009 hub and two 88008 motors, which LEGO says are sold separately. The US listing marks the set retired, so buyers considering resale should confirm the seller’s condition description, completeness, and current stock rather than assume LEGO still sells it. Are there LEGO spooky-castle sets?

The two main large options are described as a mansion or haunted house, not a castle. - For a younger builder or family build: 31167 has a 9+ age recommendation, five monster figures, and three alternate configurations made from one set of pieces.
- For an adult display with an interactive ride: 10273 is much taller and includes ride features, but LEGO’s US listing marks it retired. Its optional elevator motorization needs separately sold components.
- For a smaller Halloween decoration: 40493 is designed to hang, while the 2026 pumpkin, skull, wreath, and character models offer other seasonal décor formats.
- For a castle specifically: do not assume a haunted mansion qualifies. Verify a castle model’s exact name, scale, and current regional listing separately.
