For most players, rerolling is not worth the lost progress. Pocket Gamer’s September 2, 2026 tier list ranks heroes from S+ to C, but it is a dated editorial snapshot, not an official ranking or a guarantee that one team is best for every mode. Use it to compare candidates, then weigh role, availability, duplicates, and your existing formation before spending resources.
What the tier list tells you—and what it does not
Pocket Gamer’s list is identified as version 1.0.17, updated September 2, 2026, with Zen·Wang Yi added. It groups heroes into five tiers; the list is useful as a shortlist, not a universal ordering for every stage, formation, or account. The game’s Google Play description says it has “over 44 fighters from 4 factions” with unique skills, and highlights faction bonuses and formation as strategic factors. Those are publisher listing claims, not independent validation of individual placements.

How to use the rankings when choosing who to build
A tier label alone does not tell you whether a hero fills the gap in your team or how much effort it will take to develop them. Pocket Gamer’s descriptions provide a few practical examples, but do not amount to a systematic, mode-by-mode comparison.
#1 Best Overall
- Look at the job your formation needs. Pocket Gamer describes Demon Lu Bu – Feng Xian as a damage-dealing frontliner who can become invincible, Demon Diao Chan – Bi Yue as a high-DPS assassin with self-healing and Bleeding, and Saint Da Qiao – Da Qiao as a healer/support who can apply crowd control and buff the team.
- Consider who is available early. The guide identifies Sun Luyu as a starting support with shields, Fury support, and healing. It presents Saint Sun Shangxiang as a ranged damage dealer useful for clearing waves and boosting physical damage.
- Balance power against access and development. Pocket Gamer characterizes Demon Zhen Fu as a stronger but harder-to-get healing/support option. It also notes that duplicate heroes are needed to upgrade main heroes, so a top-tier summon is not the whole investment decision.
- Account for how a hero contributes over time. The guide describes Saint Zhou Yu as a damage dealer whose casting takes time, Pang Tong as a mostly offensive mage who can fall off later, and Huang Gai as a control/frontline option that is not ideal as a frontline.
These are the guide author’s evaluations, not independent test results. The Google Play listing mentions skills, factions, formations, and a rebirth function but does not verify tier placements. Pocket Gamer says the game’s late-game progress is harder and recommends completing daily tasks; it also notes that in-app purchases are present.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Should you reroll in Legend of Kingdoms?
Pocket Gamer recommends against rerolling: its reasoning is that story progress, logins, events, and codes provide recruit tickets and useful starters; selective summons can target missing heroes; and duplicates help upgrade the heroes you already use. Restarting gives up that accumulated progress in pursuit of a better opening roster. This is the publication’s recommendation, not an official rule that rerolling is impossible.
Rank #2
The available sources do not quantify how long a reroll takes, the likelihood of pulling a particular hero, or the value of restarting versus continuing. Neither source provides a summon probability table or measured player-outcome comparison. Whether the gamble is worthwhile therefore cannot be calculated from the published evidence.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsWhen continuing is the sensible choice
- You have useful heroes filling your current formation and are making progress.
- You can improve the roster through ongoing tickets, selective summons, and duplicate-based upgrades.
- You would rather preserve story, login, and event progress than restart for an uncertain result.
What the game says about experimentation
Loongcheer Game’s Google Play description says: “There is a fighter rebirth function to return ALL resources that you used.” The claim suggests that experimenting with fighter upgrades may be less costly, but it comes from the publisher’s store copy and has not been independently tested here. The listing also advertises “400 free draws total” for logging in and “THREE THOUSAND draws” after completing the main story. These are promotional claims; the listing passage does not state eligibility, regional availability, or account-specific conditions, so do not treat them as guaranteed realized draws for every player.
