Why a definitive tier list is not available

Track results instead of relying on rarity or screenshots
For each attempt, record the stage, mode, formation, character levels, build choices, elapsed time if shown and whether the team survived. A screenshot of a single victory cannot establish a tier. Pocket Gamer’s writer reported two problems in the build she played: tutorial prompts for missing icons and a crash during a battle that required restarting the game. These are dated observations of that build, not proof that every current installation has the same defects.
If you encounter a similar problem, first restart the app and check whether the issue repeats in the same stage. Record the device, operating-system version, game version and the action that preceded the failure. Avoid treating a crash as evidence that a character or formation is weak. A technical failure and a balance result are different things. If the problem persists, use the game’s available support route and include the recorded details.
