There is no defensible winner between the Lamborghini Revuelto and Ferrari SF90 Stradale in CSR2 from the currently documented evidence. The SF90 Stradale has published Tier 5, rating and historical-event data, while the Revuelto is confirmed in the CSR2 car list without a comparable tested time. Because elapsed time depends on race distance, stars, upgrades, fusion parts, tuning and launch or shift execution, choosing one as universally faster would be guesswork.
If you are deciding which car to race, define “better” first: fastest quarter-mile, fastest half-mile, an event requirement, Showdown eligibility, easier tuning, or simply the car already in your garage. The comparison framework below shows what is known, what is not, and how to produce a fair answer with your own matched runs.

What the documented CSR2 data actually says
The available records describe the two cars very differently. The Ferrari SF90 Stradale has a specific entry in the CSR2 car data, including its tier and listed ratings. The Lamborghini Revuelto appears in the CSR Racing Wiki car list, establishing that it is represented in the game, but the available listing does not provide a directly comparable best time, build specification or current acquisition route.

The SF90 figures are game-specific listings, not general specifications for the real Ferrari. Likewise, the Revuelto’s presence in a community-maintained list does not reveal how it performs at a particular upgrade level. A car-list entry is evidence of inclusion, not a leaderboard result.

Why the SF90’s 8.608-second figure does not settle the matchup
The SF90 Stradale’s documented 8.608-second figure belongs to a Flash Event that ran October 8–15, 2020. It was the race requirement for progression in that event. An event requirement tells you the threshold a player had to meet under that event’s rules; it does not identify the car’s best possible elapsed time, the exact upgrade state used, or the time a Revuelto would record under identical conditions.
Using the number as proof that the Ferrari beats the Lamborghini creates several errors:
- It treats a pass/fail gate as a maximum-performance record.
- It assumes the event’s restrictions and race distance match the test you care about.
- It ignores the Revuelto’s star level, stage parts, fusion inventory and tune.
- It compares a historical 2020 event condition with a live game environment that may have changed.
The figure remains useful as historical progression context. It can tell an SF90 owner what that particular event demanded, but it cannot rank the two cars against each other.
Keep the Ferrari models separate
CSR2’s official April 1, 2024 update announced the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale as the reward for the Ferrari XX Ascension series. That is a different model from the Ferrari SF90 Stradale named in this comparison. The XX Stradale’s reward status, performance or event role must not be substituted for the standard SF90 Stradale.

When recording screenshots or videos, verify the complete in-game model name. A result labelled only “SF90” can accidentally mix the SF90 Stradale, SF90 XX Stradale or another variant. Such a mix makes an otherwise careful comparison unusable.
Decide what “better for racing” means for you
There is no single rating that answers every player’s question. Pick the decision you are actually making before comparing cars.
Fastest elapsed time
If your goal is leaderboard performance, you need measured times from both cars on the same distance with equivalent builds. Quarter-mile and half-mile runs are separate benchmarks; a result on one cannot be presented as the other.

If you are trying to clear a named event, the relevant question is whether your specific build meets that event’s requirement. The SF90’s 8.608-second historical gate is tied to its 2020 Flash Event and should not be treated as a current universal requirement.

Showdown or other eligibility
Eligibility depends on the rules of the particular competition. Confirm the live event’s allowed cars and restrictions in CSR2 rather than inferring them from a car-list entry or an old event page.
Ease of tuning
“Easier” is a practical judgment, not a published statistic in the available data. Compare how consistently you can reproduce a launch, shift pattern and tuned setup across several runs instead of relying on a single spectacular time.
Garage value
If one car is already available to you and the other has no documented current acquisition route in the available records, availability may decide your immediate choice. That is a resource decision, not proof of superior speed.
How to run a fair Revuelto-versus-SF90 test
A useful comparison controls every variable that can change elapsed time. Record the information before each run and keep the conditions identical.

- Confirm the exact model. Select Lamborghini Revuelto and Ferrari SF90 Stradale, not a similarly named variant such as SF90 XX Stradale.
- Choose one race distance. Run a quarter-mile comparison or a half-mile comparison. If you want both, publish them as separate results.
- Match the star version. Note each car’s star configuration. If equal star levels are impossible, state the difference prominently rather than calling the builds equivalent.
- Match stage upgrades. Record the installed stage upgrades for engine, transmission, tires, intake, body, nitrous and any other applicable category. Do not compare a maximum build with a partially upgraded car without labelling the distinction.
- Record fusion parts. List the number and placement of installed fusion parts. Two cars at the same stage level can produce different outcomes when their fusion inventories differ.
- Write down the tune. Capture the settings used for nitrous, transmission and tire tuning, or every available tuning value shown by the game. A tune that is fast for one distance may not be optimal for another.
- Use the same shift pattern. The driver’s launch, gear changes and nitrous timing must be repeated as closely as possible. If one car requires a different pattern, document it instead of forcing identical inputs.
- Repeat the runs. Take multiple clean attempts for each car and retain the elapsed time from every run. A single run can include a missed shift or an inconsistent launch.
- Separate legal test categories. Keep maximum-build records, event-eligible builds and partially upgraded builds in different tables. Mixing them hides the trade-off the reader needs to understand.
- Report the conditions. Include the date, game version if visible, race distance, star level, stages, fusion parts, tune and shift pattern with the times.
Use a build sheet instead of relying on screenshots
A screenshot of a final time is not enough to reproduce a result. Use a compact worksheet for every car and every distance.

This format prevents a common misunderstanding: “maxed” can mean different things to different players. A maximum rating, a fully staged car and a car with every fusion slot filled are not interchangeable descriptions unless the test defines them.

Quarter-mile versus half-mile
Short races can reward a different balance of launch and acceleration than longer races. A car that records the better quarter-mile time is not automatically the better half-mile car. Never combine the distances into one ranking or average them into a single score.

Best run versus repeatable run
Publish both the fastest clean attempt and the spread of the repeated attempts. If one car produces a marginally faster outlier but the other is consistently close, a player focused on reliable event clears may reasonably value consistency more than the single best number.
Maximum build versus practical build
Maximum-build testing answers a ceiling question. Event-eligible or partially upgraded testing answers a progression question. Label both so a reader can select the result matching their garage rather than assuming an expensive endgame build is attainable.
Rating versus elapsed time
The SF90’s listed 607 stock and 713 maximum ratings describe the game’s rating system for that car. They are not elapsed times and should not be compared directly with a Revuelto rating that has not been documented here. Even equal ratings would not, by themselves, prove equal race performance.
Acquisition and progression considerations
The available car-list evidence confirms the Revuelto’s representation but does not establish a current acquisition route. Before planning a build around it, check the live game’s garage, event and rotation screens. Do not assume that a historical appearance or a community list guarantees that the car can be obtained today.

The SF90 Stradale’s historical Flash Event information is similarly date-bound. The October 8–15, 2020 event should be treated as an archive of what that event required, not as a promise that the same event, reward or gate is active now. Live CSR2 announcements and in-game event screens take precedence over old event records.
Common comparison mistakes and their fixes
- Mistake: declaring the SF90 faster because 8.608 seconds appears in an event record.
Fix: describe 8.608 seconds as the historical event requirement and obtain matched elapsed times for both cars. - Mistake: using SF90 XX Stradale information for SF90 Stradale.
Fix: verify the full model name before recording ratings, rewards or times. - Mistake: comparing a quarter-mile time with a half-mile time.
Fix: keep each distance in its own table and heading. - Mistake: omitting star level, stages or fusion parts.
Fix: publish a complete build sheet for each run. - Mistake: treating a car-list entry as a performance ranking.
Fix: use the list only to establish representation unless it supplies a documented, reproducible test. - Mistake: reporting a community fastest-time claim without its conditions.
Fix: include race distance, build state, tune, shift pattern and date, and distinguish a player record from an event requirement. - Mistake: assuming old data still describes the live game.
Fix: check the current game and identify the date and version context for every historical figure.
What evidence would resolve the matchup
A conclusive article would need a current, attributable test that places both cars on the same race distance and equivalent build state. At minimum, it should provide exact model names, star versions, stage upgrades, fusion parts, tuning settings, shift patterns, repeated elapsed times and the date or game version.
Ideally, the test would include two result sets: one for comparable maximum builds and another for a realistic event-eligible or partially upgraded setup. That would answer both “which has the higher ceiling?” and “which helps me clear races with the resources I have?” Video or in-game screenshots can support the record, but they do not replace the written conditions.
A practical decision framework for players today
- Need an immediate event clear? Start with the car that is eligible and already built for the live event. Verify the current requirement in-game.
- Chasing a leaderboard time? Wait for or perform a matched quarter-mile or half-mile test; do not use the historical SF90 event gate as a ranking.
- Choosing a long-term project? Compare your actual access to stars, stage parts and fusion parts for each model. A theoretical maximum is less useful than a build you can complete.
- Comparing tuning feel? Run repeated attempts and record consistency, not just the fastest outlier.
- Sharing a result? Publish the build sheet and distance so other players can reproduce or challenge it.
CSR Racing’s official site identifies CSR2 as available on iOS and Android and provides official game news and community resources. Use those live channels for current event rules and availability, while treating community-maintained ratings and archived event pages as dated reference material.
