How fast does it print?
The quoted rate depends on paper size and the regional source. Kyocera Europe lists up to 21 pages per minute on A4 for both monochrome and color printing. Kyocera America’s guide lists up to 22 pages per minute on Letter and 21 pages per minute on A4, in black and color. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently measured speeds; actual results can vary with the job and operating conditions.

Does it print double-sided?
Yes. The US specification guide lists standard duplex printing for paper sizes from Statement through Legal. It also lists print resolution of 600 × 600 dpi, with 1,200 × 1,200 dpi available at reduced speed. The documentation does not establish independent print-quality performance.
Paper capacity and document handling
The US configuration has 300 sheets of standard input capacity: a 250-sheet drawer and a 50-sheet multipurpose tray. Its output tray holds 150 sheets. For larger input capacity, Kyocera lists the optional PF-5110 cassette as a 250-sheet accessory, bringing listed input capacity to 550 sheets when installed. The automatic document processor holds 50 sheets.

Capacity figures are useful for estimating how often paper may need replenishing, but they do not establish how the printer will perform in a particular workload. The optional cassette specification appears in Kyocera’s US specification guide.

Kyocera America lists Ethernet, USB 2.0, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless networking and Wi-Fi Direct. Its guide names scan-to-SMB, email, FTP and USB destinations. That gives buyers both network and direct-connection options; check the guide and your organization’s setup requirements to confirm which scan workflow fits your environment.

Which toner does the MA2101cwfx use?
Kyocera America’s guide lists TK-5482 and TK-5492 toner families for the model. The yields below are manufacturer-listed page yields, not guaranteed results for every user. Actual yield depends on use, and buyers should check the exact cartridge code and regional compatibility before ordering.

Size and weight
Dimensions vary slightly between Kyocera’s regional listings, which use different units and describe weight differently. The US guide lists 16.1 × 16.4 × 18.0 inches and 57.3 pounds. Kyocera Europe lists 410 × 416 × 457 mm and approximately 26 kg including toner. Allow room for access and paper handling beyond the printer’s stated dimensions.

It does not establish independent print quality, reliability over time, operating costs, noise, setup experience, current price or retailer availability. For a buying decision, compare the exact regional configuration with other printers using the same paper-size speed standard, feeder and duplex features, paper capacity, scan destinations, toner codes and dimensions.
