Those are manufacturer specifications, not independent evidence of finished texture or blending performance. The Australian product page describes it as for domestic use only. How well does it blend?
A confident performance verdict is not supported by the publicly available evidence cited here. CHOICE lists the exact KNB-200B model and indicates that it assesses tasks such as green smoothies, kale, nut butter, sorbet, ice crushing and dry milling, but the task results and expert and ease-of-use scores require member access. Do not use wattage or advertised RPM as a substitute for test results. If texture matters—for example, for leafy greens, frozen ingredients or nut butter—look for independent results on those specific tasks before making a purchase decision.

How to use the blending and grinding jars

- Add liquids and softer or wetter ingredients first, followed by harder ingredients and ice. Do not leave the blender running empty for a long time.
- Keep the blending container at or below its 700 ml maximum. Use the blending blade assembly for this jar.
- For coffee, grains or other dry ingredients, ensure both the ingredients and grinding jar are fully dry, and use the grinding blade assembly. The manual specifies a maximum of 300 g in the grinding jar.
- Keep each cycle to 60 seconds. The guide states: “Recommended blending time : 60 seconds per cycle”. It warns that longer cycles may damage the product.
- If thermal protection stops the motor, allow at least 30 minutes for cooling before trying again.
Cleaning and care
The manual calls for hand-washing the jars and blade assemblies with mild detergent. It also describes a quick-clean option: half-fill a jar with water, add a little dish soap, blend for 15–20 seconds, then rinse and dry. Do not put the jars or blades in a dishwasher or wash them with hot water.

- Unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling or cleaning it.
- Do not touch the blades during use or cleaning; handle the blade assemblies carefully.
- Wipe the unplugged motor base with a dry or damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
Availability, price and what to check before buying
CHOICE marks the KNB-200B discontinued in Australia. That status does not establish whether the model is available elsewhere. CHOICE’s page lists A$243, while Kuvings Wholesale Australia displays an A$199 RRP excluding GST in its wholesale context.
