Residents are reported to be able to request an e-Fard through a government self-service portal, the Dastak App or NADRA e-Sahulat Centres. The accompanying feedback system calls people who have used revenue services and routes dissatisfaction to district officials; it is a monitoring channel, not a published guarantee of complaint resolution.
What the launch includes
The two initiatives address different parts of land and revenue services: e-Fard is a citizen-facing way to obtain a land-record extract, while the feedback system is intended to help administrators monitor service experiences. The News described the launch as part of the provincial government’s effort to improve access, transparency and efficiency and reduce repeat visits to revenue offices. The Revenue & Estate Department had already listed online Fard and public feedback among its digital reforms in a September 16, 2026 announcement. Its NADRA e-Sahulat Digitized Fard SOP is dated March 11, 2026. How to access an e-Fard in KP
Launch coverage names three channels: the government website’s self-service portal, the Dastak App and NADRA e-Sahulat Centres. The reports do not supply a precise live portal address, so use the Revenue & Estate Department’s official channels to locate the current service rather than relying on an unverified link. They also do not establish which districts have each channel available.

Reported download and payment steps
The launch report says NADRA biometric verification is required to download an e-Fard. It also reports that the prescribed charge is paid electronically to the government treasury through 1LINK or easypaisa. No fee amount is provided in the cited launch coverage or the visible SOP overview, so confirm the current charge with the department before applying.
After payment, the Fard is reportedly retained in the citizen’s account for later downloads. Its QR code can be checked online against the central land record. This provides a way to verify the document against that record; it is not a guarantee that the underlying land record contains no error. (The News, October 3, 2026)

What an e-Fard represents
The department’s SOP describes a Digitized Fard as a digitally generated extract of the latest periodic land record held in the Land Record Management Information System (LRMIS), issued as a public facilitation mechanism. It says issuance is governed by the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, and the Land Revenue Rules, 2021, citing Sections 39, 41-A, 42-A, 52 and 55. An extract reflects the record held in the system; the existence of a QR verification feature does not itself establish that the underlying record is error-free. How the digital feedback system works
Dawn’s account of the official briefing describes a post-service process. People who have used revenue services may receive randomized phone calls; their responses are recorded in audio and categorized into four satisfaction levels. Complaints from dissatisfied citizens are reflected on the relevant deputy commissioner’s dashboard, where officials can review possible delays, service gaps and performance issues. The published description does not say that every service user will be called, that calls are anonymous, or that a complaint is guaranteed to be resolved. It describes a monitoring and escalation mechanism, not a stated resolution deadline or published assessment of results. The government has presented fewer complaints, greater transparency, accountability and public trust as goals; no measured launch outcomes are reported in the cited coverage.

Launch reporting and the department’s SOP overview do not establish detailed eligibility rules, the current fee, processing times, district-by-district availability, or a helpdesk escalation route for portal problems.
