What performance the report claims
Notebookcheck positions the RX 9060 XT system for AAA gaming at 1080p and 1440p. Its deal article cites two GPU test examples: 87 FPS in 007 First Light at 1080p with maximum graphics, and 60+ FPS in Pragmata at 1440p/ultra. Those are results attributed to Notebookcheck, not guaranteed frame rates for every game or a benchmark average for this complete prebuilt. Actual performance depends on the game, settings, drivers, and system configuration.
Warranty and purchase checks
The report says the PC comes with a one-year limited warranty and lists optional two- and three-year extensions for an additional $199 and $299, respectively. Verify the warranty provider, coverage, and extension terms with the seller before checkout; the report does not establish that those options remain available.

A separate German-market listing for a CAPTIVA R95-921 is not the same PC: MediaMarkt Germany identifies it as a Ryzen 5 9500F system with 16GB DDR5, a 1TB SSD, and an RX 9060 XT 16GB, sold and shipped by NEXOC STORE DE. It is useful only as an example of why model, seller, and region matter—not as evidence of the Kotin’s price or comparative performance. See the MediaMarkt Germany listing.
Is the M70B worth considering?
The reported configuration has a capable-looking foundation for gaming: a 16GB RX 9060 XT, a six-core Ryzen 5 9600X, and a 1TB SSD. Whether it is a good buy depends on whether the current seller still offers the reported price and whether the exact components and warranty suit your needs. Notebookcheck suggests pairing it with a high-refresh-rate gaming monitor, but does not name or test a specific display.
