Which TV has the better picture?
The published specifications establish resolution and refresh rate, not which TV looks better. LG’s Chile page lists HDR10 Pro and HLG support; those format labels alone do not establish brightness, contrast, color accuracy or HDR performance. Is the Kodak’s larger screen worth choosing?
The Kodak listing reports a 49-inch screen versus LG’s 43 inches. That may matter if you want a larger image, but verify the exact diagonal on the TV label or manual before buying: the Kodak figure is secondary-source information, and regional model names can be confusing. Also consider your viewing distance and whether the larger set fits your space.
Do not confuse the 50UHDXSMART XPRO with similarly named Kodak models such as 50UHDX7XPRO or 50UHDXSMART without the XPRO suffix. The model string on the television itself matters more than a seller’s broad product title.

Smart features, ports and remote: what should you check?
Apps and software
LG identifies the 43UM7300PSA as a webOS AI ThinQ TV. Secondary listings describe the Kodak as Android-based, but they do not establish which apps currently work on a specific used set. Open the apps you rely on, check whether they can still be installed or updated, and test Wi-Fi or Ethernet before purchase.
HDMI and USB
Both models are reported or specified with three HDMI and two USB ports, but the Kodak count is not manufacturer-confirmed for the exact XPRO model. Count and test the ports on the actual TV; a published count does not show that every port is functional or identify all port capabilities. LG Chile’s specification says “Magic Remote No Incluido,” meaning the Magic Remote is not included on that regional listing. It does not establish which replacement remote works with every regional 43UM7300PSA variant. Confirm the included remote and compatibility of any replacement before relying on voice or pointer features. Treat the Kodak listing’s remote-bundle information the same way: verify it with the seller.

Cashify labels the Kodak model discontinued, but that secondary catalog status does not prove that used stock or repair parts are unavailable. Kodak’s consumer-support page says its consumer products are made by brand partners and that assistance is partner-specific. A search result for a Kodak 50UHDXSMART 4K manual does not by itself confirm every specification or configuration of the XPRO-suffix model. Ask for the manual or model label matching the exact set and confirm the local service route before paying.

- Match the exact model. Read the rear label, not just the listing title. For Kodak, confirm that it says 50UHDXSMART XPRO rather than a related model.
- Compare condition and price. Check the screen, ports, remote, stand and power cable, and ask about prior repairs. Compare the actual price with the warranty and return terms offered.
- Test what you will use. Launch your streaming apps, connect the devices you own, and check the remote and network connection.
- Confirm support. Check whether local service, parts and warranty coverage are available for that exact model and seller.
- Choose on verified priorities. Favor the Kodak if its larger reported size is confirmed and its condition, apps and support meet your needs. Favor the LG if its documented specifications and regional support are more valuable to you.
