The weight figures are presented differently by the retailers and CHOICE, so avoid treating any one as a confirmed packed or assembled weight without checking the product packaging. The 76 dB figure is a published specification, not evidence that the blender is quiet: meaningful noise comparisons require a shared measurement method and conditions.

Operating limits and cleaning
The manual’s time limits are important for a small motor: run the blender for no more than one minute continuously, then let it rest for at least three minutes before continuing. For dry ingredients, it sets a stricter limit of 30 seconds at a time.
- Do not process boiling liquids or hot ingredients.
- Keep contents below the maximum fill line.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Wash the other parts in warm, soapy water and dry them.
- Do not put parts in a dishwasher or extremely hot water.
These instructions come from the manual for model WBL-2105. Following the cycle limits also means that recipes requiring long, uninterrupted blending may need pauses.

What independent evidence says about performance
CHOICE publicly identifies this as a personal blender and lists specifications including plastic construction, one speed, 0.5/0.8 L capacity and 76 dB. Its expert rating and task scores—including tests for green smoothies, kale, nut butter, sorbet and ice crushing—are restricted to members. Those results cannot be used to claim that the blender performs well or poorly on those tasks.
ProductReview.com.au displayed one verified review associated with model WBL-2105. That reviewer described simple operation and lower noise than a previous model, but also reported blunt blades, difficulty blending soft fruit and trouble removing the gasket for cleaning. This is one customer’s account, not a controlled test or a representative sample.

Kmart showed a 4.6-star rating from 89 reviews when accessed in 2026. That is a changing retailer snapshot, not an independent performance score.
Who might find it suitable?
The included small and tall cups, separate blending and grinding assemblies, and compact personal-blender format may suit someone making small batches and valuing multiple portable cups. The manual’s short run times are a poor fit for tasks that need prolonged continuous blending. If blending soft fruit, fibrous greens or other specific ingredients matters, look for comparable test results or a return option rather than assuming the advertised wattage predicts the outcome.

Before buying, consider the usable cup sizes, performance on your actual ingredients, ease of cleaning around seals, operating-cycle limits, warranty, availability of replacement parts and current price.
