Presets and operating guidance
CHOICE lists ten preset categories: chips, chops, prawns, baking, drumsticks, steaks, fish, chicken, dehydrate and defrost. It also lists variable temperature settings. The manual says users can choose a preset or set time and temperature manually, and describes using the rotisserie function with the basket or fork set.
The manual says opening the door pauses cooking; cooking resumes when the door is closed, provided it is reopened within two hours. It also recommends spacing food on the racks so hot air can circulate, turning food to encourage even cooking, and allowing slightly less time for smaller pieces. For fresh potatoes, it suggests adding a little vegetable oil for crispness. These are manufacturer instructions, not independent performance findings.

The manual warns: “The appliance and accessories are extremely hot! Always use oven mitt or the fetch tool.” Keep a trivet or other heat-resistant surface nearby for hot parts; do not place them directly on a counter or table.

For cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool thoroughly. The manual advises wiping the inside, outside and door with a warm, moist cloth or nonabrasive sponge and mild detergent. Do not soak or submerge the door or put it in a dishwasher. Accessories are dishwasher-safe. Avoid abrasive cleaning materials, then dry parts thoroughly before storage.

A shelf-style oven may suit someone who wants several rack levels and rotisserie accessories rather than a conventional pull-out basket. The listed dimensions and 5.9 kg weight can help assess fit, but the claimed 12L capacity does not establish how much food can be arranged effectively.
