The September 29 notice index on Transsion’s official site records publication of a post-hearing information pack, and a September 19 notice concerning HKEX review: Transsion announcements. Those notices provide filing context, but the available June application proof is not the final offer document. Final price, proceeds, allotment and listing completion require confirmation from subsequent official disclosures.
How should the reported 38% discount be understood?
The newspaper reported that the maximum offer price represented a 38% discount to Transsion’s September 30 Shanghai closing price of 53.8 yuan. This is a dated comparison between the Hong Kong offer price and a Shanghai-traded share reference, not a guarantee of value, a forecast of Hong Kong trading, or an investment recommendation.

Who has committed to the offering?
Eleven cornerstone investors committed a reported HK$1.24 billion, equivalent to as much as 40% of the total funds to be raised, according to the October 7 report. Named participants include Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, Shenzhen Longsys Electronics and Bank of China Wealth Management. A cornerstone commitment is part of the reported allocation; it does not establish how the shares will perform after trading begins.
