Kanti Prabha is Sirion’s Co-Founder and President, according to the company’s 2026 press kit. Her path to enterprise contract technology began with chemistry and patent-review work, then moved through techno-legal solutions for large businesses. In her account, an early customer’s need to centralize thousands of contracts showed her team that storing agreements was only the start of a much larger contract-management problem.
Who is Kanti Prabha?
Sirion’s 2026 press kit identifies Prabha as the company’s Co-Founder and President. In a June 2023 interview with Manufacturing Digital, she described her role and her work building enterprise legal technology. A separate 2023 profile reports that she earned an M.Sc. in chemistry from IIT Bombay and previously worked at Evalueserve; that profile’s career details are distinct from the account she gave in the interview.

Prabha’s own account traces a move from chemistry into patent-related work and then into techno-legal solutions for large enterprises at UnitedLex. She said Ajay Agrawal invited her to join him in starting Sirion. The transition connected legal expertise and technology with a practical business need: helping companies manage the agreements they rely on.

Prabha has described HP as Sirion’s first customer. Following a large acquisition, HP needed thousands of contracts stored centrally. The team built a repository to address that request. As they worked on the problem, they saw that companies needed more than a place to keep signed documents: they also needed support for the broader work of creating, negotiating, tracking and managing contracts.

That origin story helps explain Sirion’s evolution from a repository-focused solution toward contract lifecycle management (CLM). A repository makes agreements easier to gather and find; CLM aims to support work across the contract’s lifecycle, including activity before signature and management after signature. The account is Prabha’s recollection of the company’s beginnings, not an independently documented history of every step in the product’s development.
What does Sirion’s CLM platform do?
In interviews and product descriptions, Sirion is presented as enterprise CLM software for the stages of contract creation, negotiation, signing and post-signature management. The aim is to connect those stages rather than treat a contract as a document that matters only when it is drafted or filed.
- Before signature: create and negotiate agreements, with the goal of supporting the work that moves a deal toward execution.
- At signature: complete the signing stage as part of the contract process.
- After signature: manage agreements and their obligations or performance rather than leaving them in a static archive.
Prabha’s June 2023 description emphasized combining large language models with legal AI. She said: “I’m the Co-founder and President of Sirion, a pioneering contract lifecycle management (CLM) company that fuses large language models used by the likes of ChatGPT and best-in-class legal AI to revolutionise how contracts are created, negotiated, and managed.” This is her characterization of Sirion’s approach, not an independent technical evaluation of its AI or a verification of particular product results.

The briefing establishes the topics discussed in that interview; it does not, by itself, establish detailed product capabilities or independent performance findings.

Why does contract lifecycle management matter in supply chains?
Prabha’s February 2024 interview with Supply Chain Digital frames CLM through supply-chain risk. Contracts define commitments between organizations, so managing them involves more than saving a final copy: teams need to work through negotiations and then manage the agreement after it is signed. A lifecycle approach is intended to give businesses support across those stages.
The practical distinction is between finding a contract and managing the commercial relationship it records. Central storage can improve access to documents, but lifecycle management extends the work to the processes around those documents. The interviews explain the rationale for that broader scope; they do not establish that any particular CLM deployment eliminates supply-chain risk.

What company figures did Sirion report in 2023?
The 2023 Manufacturing Digital interview reported a set of Sirion company and performance figures. They are historical claims attributed to Sirion in that interview, not independently audited results or verified current totals.
| Figure reported | Qualification |
|---|---|
| More than 250 companies in over 70 countries | Sirion figure reported in the 2023 interview; not established as current. |
| More than 5 million contracts | Sirion figure reported in the 2023 interview; not established as current. |
| Contracts worth upwards of USD 450 billion | Sirion figure reported in the 2023 interview; not established as current. |
| Invoice-level savings of 6–12% | Outcome claim reported in the 2023 interview; measurement basis and independent validation were not established. |
| Quote-to-contract time reduced by as much as 80% | Outcome claim reported in the 2023 interview; measurement basis and independent validation were not established. |
| Legal review work completed 90% faster | Outcome claim reported in the 2023 interview; measurement basis and independent validation were not established. |
These numbers should be read as claims made at the time, not as a present-day scorecard. The 2026 press kit confirms Prabha’s role, but the current company-wide customer count, contract volume and value, and measured outcome figures are not established by the cited material.

What is established—and what remains a vendor claim?
The strongest current fact in this profile is Prabha’s title in Sirion’s 2026 press kit. Her education and career path are reported in profiles and interviews, and the founding account comes chiefly from her own recollection. Sirion’s lifecycle scope and AI framing are described in interviews and company-related product coverage. The 2023 scale and efficiency figures remain dated company/interview claims; they should not be treated as independently validated benchmarks or carried forward as current.
