What is the latest half-yearly result listed?
The company’s Quarterly Reports archive lists unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2025, in FY2025–26. It subsequently lists nine-month results for the period ended 31 December 2025, audited annual results for the year ended 31 March 2026, and unaudited results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The reviewed entries do not include results for the six months ended 30 September 2026.

That archive status is not proof that no newer filing exists. For the latest status, check the live archive and the relevant stock-exchange filing before relying on the 2025 half-year report as current.

How to find and read the filing
- Open Kanco Tea’s Quarterly Reports archive and locate FY2025–26.
- Choose the entry for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2025. The archive lists separate unaudited standalone and consolidated results; open the basis you need.
- Check the filing itself for the reporting period, audit status and statement type before quoting any figure.
- For a newer filing, check the company’s Board Meetings notices and its stock-exchange disclosures alongside the results archive.
The official Board Meetings archive says the Board meeting to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 was scheduled for 13 November 2025. A scheduled meeting notice is not itself the results filing.

Why the archive may say “quarterly” even for half-year figures
Kanco Tea’s FY2023–24 annual report explains that the company does not send shareholders a separate half-yearly declaration of financial performance. Instead, it says Board-approved quarterly results are disseminated to stock exchanges and updated on the company website. The report, dated 30 May 2024, states: “The Company has not adopted the practice of sending out half-yearly declaration of financial performance to shareholders. Quarterly results as approved by the Board are disseminated to Stock Exchanges and updated on the website of the Company.”
That publication practice helps explain the archive format: a filing described as quarterly results can also report the six-month period ended 30 September. Use the period stated in the filing, rather than relying on the archive’s general section label.

How to compare Kanco Tea earnings correctly
- Keep the basis consistent: compare standalone figures with standalone figures, or consolidated with consolidated.
- Match the duration: compare six months with six months, not a quarter with a half year.
- Match the line item: revenue, profit and earnings per share are different measures; identify which one a figure represents.
- Check audit status: the 30 September 2025 half-year results are labeled unaudited in the archive.
The archive confirms that these filing types are listed, but the financial figures from the half-year PDF are not reproduced here. No revenue, profit, EPS, margin, balance-sheet value or year-over-year change should be inferred from the archive listing alone.
What the 2026 estate update does—and does not—show
In a 2026 disclosure, Kanco Tea said water levels at Mackeypore had reduced and plucking of green tea leaves and tea manufacturing resumed there on 21 July 2026. The disclosure also describes residual sludge and an insurance survey at Bamonpookrie. It does not quantify the financial effect of those events, so they are operating context, not evidence of a particular revenue, profit or production result.
