- Doosri app ya site khol kar connection test karein. Agar mumkin ho, same Jio connection par doosra device bhi check karein. Agar kai services ya devices ek saath fail hon, pehle connection ko investigate karein, sirf YouTube ko nahi.
- Connection badal kar wahi video dobara chalayein. Jio mobile data par hain to Wi-Fi par test karein; Wi-Fi par hain to mobile data try karein, agar available ho. Mobile data ke charges ya plan limits lagu ho sakte hain. Doosre connection par video chalna connection path ki taraf ishara hai, lekin exact fault prove nahi karta.
- YouTube player mein quality kam karein. Video ke player mein Settings kholen, phir Quality mein kam resolution chunen—jo options dikhte hain woh video/device ke hisaab se badal sakte hain. Kam quality playback ke liye ek baar mein kam data maang sakti hai; yeh workaround aur diagnostic hai, guaranteed fix nahi.
- YouTube app band karke dobara kholen. Playback rok kar app close karein, phir dobara khol kar wahi video chalayein. Mobile par supported ho to system settings mein YouTube app ka cache clear karke test karein. Cache clear karne ka menu Android/iOS version aur manufacturer ke mutabik alag ho sakta hai.
- Device restart karein aur updates check karein. Phone, computer, ya TV restart karein. YouTube app/browser aur device software ke available updates check karein; phir video dobara chala kar dekhein.

- Sirf ek replay rukta hai to usse alag se note karein. Doosre YouTube videos chal rahe hon to affected replay ka link/title aur rukne ka waqt likh lein. Replay, Premiere aur ongoing live program ek jaise nahi hote; ek content ka fail hona YouTube-wide problem ka saboot nahi.
JioFiber par MyJio diagnostics kaise chalayein
JioFiber connection par MyJio app mein apne Home/Fiber service section ko kholen, JioCare ya Run Diagnostics option dhoondein aur app ke current prompts follow karein. Agar “Fix Now” aaye, use chun kar diye gaye steps poore karein. Jio ke help pages mein tab labels alag tarah dikh sakte hain aur app ke labels badal sakte hain; apne connection ke liye jo current option dikhe, wahi follow karein (JioFiber diagnostics FAQ).

Jio se kab aur kya details ke saath sampark karein
Agar kai apps/devices par connection issue ho, ya MyJio diagnostics mein problem aaye, Jio ke troubleshooting portal ya support chat ka istemal karein.
